Had a scheduled delivery for 1/7 between 8-12. Emails from Hunt and purchasing company for weeks before the confirm my time. Was supposed to get a 30 min lead in call before arrival. 12:30 no call no show. Called company twice and was eventually told they were running hours behind. I cancelled and rescheduled - I had already wasted enough of my day and had other things scheduled for the afternoon. Driver still called me at 3:30 while he was parked in front of my house. Clearly poor communication and lack of customer care. The least they could have done was call me to ask if being late was going to cause a hardship. Now I have to wait another 3 weeks to get my delivery. Will not recommend ever!

I was crossing Rt50 in Saratoga Springs today on my bicycle and one of Hunts trucks was just a little bit in the cross walk of the bike path and the driver saw me coming and he backed up to give me the whole cross walk!, Now that was nice, wish more people treated bikes that way. Thank You to that driver

This company and their delivery services for the Home Depot are terrible. JB Hunt staff damaged my hallway and my electrical lines to the hallway when they were moving the refrigerator to the second floor. They also lied about it and I caught them on my doorbell camera anyways. Then I got a hold of the supervisor who told me to get them an estimate of the damage. It was $130 and they said the check is on the way. Two weeks later nothing numerous phone calls and still no check and no reimbursement. Do not use Home Depot for this company for appliance delivery very unprofessional. Never got reimbursed or the damage that they are staff caused.

Horrible experience they will not deliver your item and the local facility lied and stated our item had been delivered at a date prior to the scheduled date. I spent hours on the phone and have been yet to even have someone attempt to show up for one of our 3 delivery windows. Do not do business with JB Hunt

I just had appliances delivered from Home Depot and the company that did the delivery and installation was J.B Hunt. The people who showed up were not professional at all, did a terrible job installing the appliances which I will have to redo myself, and were rude to me the entire time. They took no pride in their work. When I asked simple requests like move the dryer over a couple inches, they complained and did not do it. It took me 2 minutes to move after they left. If you want someone who will carry appliances in and plug them in without seating them correctly or making sure they work properly before leaving, then this is your company. I will be contacting Home Depot to get a refund on the $400 I spent for installation. If you are ordering appliances from Home Depot, you might want to request a different company complete the installation.

Completely dissatisfied with the service from JB Hunt. The were completely unreliable and misinformed us of our delivery date numerous times causing complete chaos. We had to cancel our order from the original company due to JB hunts lack of professionalism and their complete lack of communication. Unfortunately cannot recommend them!

Hands down the worst delivery service I've ever dealt with. First they sat on the couch in their warehouse for days before I had to call them to to ask if they could please give me a date/time for delivery. On the day of delivery, I had to call them a half hour before the end of the delivery window to ask if they were coming, and to let them know that there is no cell service up here so they would not be able to reach me. I asked them to still come, that I would wait as we didn't have any other timeframe to receive the couch. An hour after that I receive a call from the drive saying he's an hour away. An hour after that I receive a call from J.B. Hunt office saying they need to reschedule as the driver didn't have cell service to call or to get directions. Now we need to pay someone to be here to receive the couch because they are delivering it a week later then when they were supposed to. I made myself avail for 7 hours on the date of delivery and they still couldn't figure out how to get the couch here. Just useless.

I would give 0 stars if possible. They are the contracted delivery company for Home Depot. They were delivering a refrigerator to my mothers house and taking the existing one out. I never got a call for the delivery time I called them and was told between 11 and 3 with a 30 minute "on our way" call. Did not get either. They showed up really early started yelling at my brother because the old refrigerator was not empty scaring the hell out of my elderly mother who is wheelchair bound with dementia. My brother was trying to empty the old one, calm my mother and manage the moron delivery men. They dragged the old one out and left it in the rain (a 4 year old Maytag). After they were gone and my brother put the food in the new one, calm and took care of my mother he went to the basement and found the drawers of the old one they dragged out all broken. I went to Home Depot right away with pictures and were told they have no control over JB Hunt. They are horrendous to deal with in every way. The experience at Home Depot is good but I would not buy anything there because I will never let any of these people in my house again. There are many good local appliance companies who have their own delivery and value your business.

Probably the worst people ever!!!! Please stay away!!! Horrible! Pass the buck on why they can't deliver things and kept me waiting almost 6 hours on a Saturday to tell me " sorry we rescheduled and didn't let you know" what a joke of a company
