This is not a product experience, but a staff experience. I was next door today when my truck battery was dead and I needed a jump. I walked next door to this Valu and a wonderful young gentleman employee, that advised me while we talked, that he had been a volunteer fireman at one time, was able to use his jumper cables to jump my truck. I told him I'd pay him and he refused. He even offered to let me borrow his jumper cables incase it happened again. This young man went above and beyond his job to help me and my daughter today. Roadside assistance was going to take 90-120 minutes.
