Worst company ever! I’m still waiting on my delivery, the first time the truck came the shipment wasn’t on it. Then they tried to deliver again, but no one was home because they didn’t call first. Then I called and they said it would be delivered the next day, they never called or showed up. How do companies like this stay in business? I wish I could give them negative stars.

There is a XPO terminal that serves many different directions of transportation including Canada , Quebec province.

This company is run by clowns, purchased a stove from Lowe's, XPO was the company hired by Lowe's to deliver the appliance. I had no phone call that the driver was on their way with the appliance. I receive a call from dispatch at 8:50AM that the driver was at the apartment building and they would wait 15 minutes... my guys were at the building at 8:59AM and there was no truck in sight. This is a company in the business of logistics and they absolutely suck at the one thing they are supposed to do.

Very disappointed in this company. Scheduled a pick up on the 9th, NJ hub cancelled it for no reason, no one ever called us to tell us it was cancelled (we give them quite a bit of business) and I didn't know until the 15th that it wasn't picked up. I was away till then. This is not the first time this has happened. Be careful, their people lie and will cancel shipments with a bogus reason. It's not the people that work the phones, its the drivers I believe that lie.

Worst experience with any company, ever. I got home from work to find a tractor trailer buried in my yard. Not only is my yard damaged, but my drainage system has been effected as well, causing my basement to flood during rainstorms! As a retired truck driver, I even offered to pull him out, and back his truck out. I've made several attempts to call for reimbursement, but get transferred around only to get a voice-mail. Message after message not responded to. I am being actively avoided by the poor management team at XPO. Here are some photos of my damage.

I rarely post negative info. I had a high end canoe delivered from NY to FL. It was damaged upon arrival and not usable. After many months of haggling, XPO finally reimbursed the cost of the canoe but never the cost of shipping which totaled over $700. The manufacturer had taken out insurance with the company. They said the manufacturer would have to apply for the shipping reimbursement. He did. Then they told him I had to apply for the reimbursement. I had and they denied reimbursement of the shipping costs. This is not an honest company to deal with and VERY difficult to make communications with- which I expect is intentional.I don't know which local XPO office was in charge of picking up the canoe but this location is the closest to the manufacturer. My beef is with the corporate claims department.

If anyone ever gets something freight shipped never use xpo. This is absolutely the worst experience I’ve ever had with any company ever. On the 13th they called me before 8am to schedule my delivery and did not leave a voicemail so I had no clue I needed to schedule it. on the 20th I called scheduled the delivery for the 24th they never called an hour before arrival like they said, the truck couldn’t get up my driveway so they left and never called me. I rescheduled for the next day the truck was full so didn’t bring it and didn’t call me. Then after rescheduling for today they decided the trucks aren’t going my direction today so they moved it till tomorrow and never called me.

Terrible service. They delivered a washer and dryer from Samsung to my house but did not install them, as was required by the contract. That was two weeks ago. They keep rescheduling the installation visit, so now my new scheduled date is 3 weeks after the delivery, and I have no confidence they will not simply reschedule again at that time. No one from either XPO or Samsung will help me with this beyond apologizing for the inconvenience. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCES.

Minus one star for unloading 4+ hours, another star for not calling me when unloaded (better go in person or call to them to check on the status) and no overnight parking ( you can find something down the road by Coca Cola comp. but not guaranteed.

Only 1 star because have to provide something..by far the WORST delivery service I have ever the displeasure of dealing with! We ordered a ride on mower from Tractor Supply Co that was supposed to be delivered on 5/27. This company rescheduled the delivery date 10 times because "a lack of drivers" and "the delivery required a lift gate truck that they didn't have on hand" like that's supposed to be the customer's issue! When the manager Joe Frazier was contacted by email after REPEATED unanswered phone calls, there was absolutely no reply. It took me contacting Tractor Supply's customer solutions teams to contact them to demand delivery be made mind you, we live directly across a hardware store to whom they deliver to almost DAILY! Finally, they give a date an estimated time of delivery of 6/11 between noon and 4 pm on the tracking site. After 4 pm I look to see the status and it says delivered at 2:53 pm. It was not at my home so I called and speak with a less than helpful person named Katana who asks me did you need a lift gate truck....now how in the hell am I supposed to know what truck I need to deliver something to my home?? She then proceeds to check on the status and says it was dropped off at the Tractor Supply store closest to my address since they didn't have the proper truck on hand to bring it to my home even though we paid a $153 delivery fee! I asked why wasn't I contacted, no call or email just dropped it off elsewhere and her response is I'm just finding out all of this information like you are. Is there a manager no he's gone for the day....Beyond disgusted with this company and will never do business with them. If you have any way of finding out who will be doing your delivery in advance and find it's this company, cancel your orders! This company needs a serious facelift in customer service, employees, and accountability! I will be reporting them to the BBB and following up with management.
