I wish there were TEN STARS to rate Rescuecom! My old desktop crashed, and they brought it back to life (after finding 15+ viruses and other hellish problems). Rescue Roy tried to help me remotely, but my poor, sick computer wouldn't comply; so I shipped it to him with great trepidation (AND trust). He graciously and patiently walked me through EVERY fix to my desktop, and then shipped me back a "literally NEW" desktop, with full Rescuecom protection (and he lifted my 8000+ song ITunes that I immediately downloaded to my vintage Ipod -- bonus point!). I have since, in the past two weeks, HIGHLY recommended Rescuecom to everyone in my world who is as non-tech savvy as I! This is a great company, well worth the cost, with kind and compassionate people who never made me feel like the idiot I felt like! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!

They fix my Laptop in minutes by remotely . I called rescuecom ... Alex is nice and their technician took only an hour to come out from the time I call them. Charge me a reasonable fee and I am so glad and impressed that my laptop is working again. I highly highly recommend their services.

Corrupt beyond belief. They are scammers and liars. David M (the CEO) is corrupt and rips people off. Mr. M makes no attempt to resolve the issue and puts you through the ringer like you are the criminal. No, you, Mr. Milman, are no better than a criminal stealing money from unsuspecting people. Do not do business with this company! Bottom line, this company ripped me off $1,266.00. I will not rest until justice is done. I will fight them tooth and nail until I get the money back they stole from me. Until then, this company needs to be put out of business. Do not do business with them! I can't repeat this enough. The details of the fraudulent transaction by Rescuecom follows: I ordered an HP ENVY 17 laptop from Rescuecom. I worked with Alex who is in customer service at Rescuecom. I researched the HP laptop prior to buying it to ensure the price that they were quoting me was reasonable and it would meet my needs. Alex and I spoke again after I had researched the HP laptop and was satisfied with moving forward. During this conversation, we discussed getting more RAM. Alex said he had one with more RAM and we could go with that. When the laptop arrived, it was not an HP ENVY 17, but instead a Dell Latitude. Alex never once mentioned that I was now purchasing a Dell Latitude laptop instead and a model not at all comparable to what the HP laptop was. I hadn't even researched this laptop as I always do before purchasing something like this. The laptop does not appear new as well. It arrived in bubble wrap and not in the original packaging. There was no receipt or product documentation. The power cord was used and had a rubber band wrapped around it. I was shocked. I started researching this Dell Latitude laptop and you can buy it on eBay for $259.99, $359.99, etc. I paid Rescuecom a total of $1266.00 with the laptop being quoted at a cost of $1000 with a transfer fee of $266.00 - meaning they would provide service to transfer the data off of my current desktop to the laptop. I called Rescuecom to return this laptop and requested a refund. I spoke to Alex on my initial phone call. Alex insisted that he told me that the laptop was a Dell Latitude. To be blunt, Alex is a liar. He never mentioned that I was now buying a Dell laptop instead of an HP laptop. I spoke to David A. Milman, the owner of Rescuecom as well as the CEO. David was outrageously rude and was not taking any steps in order to resolve my complaint. David insisted that I listen to my conversation with Alex that they had recorded to really prove that Alex didn't communicate to me that I was now buying a Dell Latitude, instead of the HP ENVY 17. I sat on the phone for quite some time listening to the recording that proved my complaint was valid and accurate. Alex never mentioned anything about me now purchasing a Dell laptop. Mr. Milman actually rewound the recording to listen to a section for a second time. Mr. Milman was obnoxious, disrespectful and completely unprofessional. He actually said I had buyer's remorse and that Rescuecom does not provide any refunds or accept any returns for equipment. Really? You sent me a product that I did not order and overcharged me by at least $1,000.00. He hung up the phone on me. Milman, you are not going to get away with this. Milman and his company scammed me by sending me a $259.00 Dell refurbished/used laptop instead of what I had ordered that was around $1,000.00. They are deceitful and Alex, the sales rep, did a bait and switch on me. I really can't believe that this company think they can get away with such fraudulent, deceitful business practices. I have now learned that there are complaints against Mr. Milman that are similar to what I just experienced. He actually tells the BBB to remove each complaint against him and his company. BBB does not remove any of the complaints; I am sure they are all valid, because why would anyone go to the trouble of filing a complaint with the BBB otherwise? I was a first time caller to rescuecom. My computer is old and is acting real funny. Plus it has maximized its storage. I was asking about repair. But David suggested I do a download and buy a new computer, instead of incurring fix-it charges, only to still have to buy a new computer anyway. I appreciated David's honesty and he took the time to listen to my story and answer my questions. Also, David was very personable and helpful. I give them review because of my mom's laptop was trouble and they service incredible, I called up service centre where i bought Laptop. They needed 10 days to fix this and i have to drop my laptop at service center...so i called to RESCURECOM and they excellent to done in few days without come to the office too... I'm impressed and highly recommended... and great that avoid all unnecessary social activities during COVID.

Regarding to Covid ..it's a simple for buying service over phone with Rescuecom...I was so lucky. The service I received was excellent and David kept me informed on what needed to be done to my computer to make it fast and virus free! He is very knowledgeable and was able to tell me almost immediately what was needed to correct my computer's performance. It now performs quickly as new. I encourage anybody to get their service. I love it!!

My computer was completely dead. David called me same day when I bought the service online. he was patient, kind, and knowledgeable. He fixed my computer's operating system and removed any malware. Computer is in great working condition! Thank you!
