The "Urgent Care" at this location very much so isn't, it's allowing open appointment slots to be filled last minute so OrthoNY can top up their books. When I went to the Albany OrthoNY Urgent Care, since it's the place listed first under Urgent Care on their website, they didn't have anything available for four days! And the receptionist didn't even mention that there's an actual urgent care at the Clifton Park location that could see me in under an hour, even though I'd already mentioned that my issue was so painful I couldn't sleep at night and asked if there was availability at other locations.OrthoNY needs to fix their website so the first listing under Urgent Care is their *actual* urgent care facility in Clifton Park. Be honest that it's the primary Urgent Care facility. And instead of making it sound like you're kindly making this nice benefit for your more up to date facility to be able to "save your spot in line" by booking online in advance, just be honest that Albany doesn't really have an urgent care, but there are often last-minute appointments, call or check online and you might be able to book one. Anyone going there in person is a waste of time, respect your patients enough to be honest with them!

Caitlyn is a highly skilled therapist who has encouraged and challenged me to exceed my goals in knee surgery recovery. I attribute to her my rapid progress!

Top notch all the way. Dr. Fletcher is a amazing surgeon and his support staff is exceptional. I had a knee replacement done and do not regret the 2-1/2 hour drive. The outpatient facility on Everett road is amazing as well.

I have went to numerous doctors and no one would take me serious about my pain in my knee except for ortho ny in saratoga. they figured out what was going on and did surgery that I should of had when I was 20.

Act more like an Urgent Care facility if you are going to promote yourselves as one. Turning away patients with undiagnosed foot trama that turned out to be a fracture due to travel outside the US. Vaccinated, Negative test, no symptoms was not the behavior of an Urgent Care Facility. We went to you first because of the excellent care we had recieved in the family in the past. My issue is only with conduct of the Urgent Care "ish" side

They spelled my name wrong several times dispite checking my ID and insurance. The wait is very long and seems like the front desk people do not know what they are doing. If you have time to waste come here, if you have anything else to do that day go elsewhere

I have been treated by Nate Fiedler at Ortho NY PT at 3 Atrium Dr . He is a true professional and knows his stuff. He and the staff have always been courteous and attentive during my orthopedic rehabilitation process. I highly recommend Nate and the other PT staff to treat any type of orthopedic injury . They will work with you and you surgeon after surgery to get you back in shape so you can become active in your sports and activities of daily living !

I've had the best experience with Dr. Ross. She is patient, knowledgeable, and my years of back and hip issues are finally being resolved. The practice is professional, clean, and everyone is incredibly friendly. I highly recommend OrthoNY PT in Albany!

There should be a zero star rating. This place is grossly incompetent. I scheduled an appointment weeks in advance. I get there on time, I complete all my paperwork and then the secretary says”oh oh.” I ask what’s wrong and she says your referral is just over 30 days and I need a new one. She calls my doctors office and, naturally, no doctor available to write a new one today. I say, “You think you could’ve told me this when I made my appt, I took time off from work,” but she replies “I apologize, but you can get a new referral and call us back.” I stare at her and say “I have no confidence in your practice to do things well.” She replies “our physical therapist cannot see you today.” I want to say “duh” but instead just walk out. You people suck

I've gone here twice and neither time was I taken seriously. This is probably because I'm so young, but I still have a back injury. Complete nonsense.
