My lasagna noodles were crushed. No not in pieces you can put together to make whole again. In tiny pieces. If I wanted pieces of pasta I would have bought a different pasta. Giving me credit is fine. Which I declined because I was talked to like I was a complete idiot. I never said that I expected my item to be in perfect condition. I was told I should read items descriptions thoroughly. They would make an exception this time because I'm a new customer. Well then Keep your credit I'll shop else where. Don't waste your money ordering here. I was going to visit the store next time, but I'm not even going to bother. If the store is anything like the customer service I'll pass.

A lot (but not all) of the positive reviews here are from bots, as you can tell. Customer Service was non-existent when I reached out and it's outsourced, so communication was very difficult. After they shipped expired goods to me, they took a month and a half to respond with an offer to exchange, however they said they required it be shipped frozen back to them to get a refund (it was already expired and arrived at room temp since it is a pantry item...). It was my first and last order, I do not plan to shop at the site again.
I started a claim to get a refund with my credit card company instead, and reached out to the manufacturer themselves, and they were amazing. They said they've received complaints similar to mine about netrition and sent a replacement for free. I will be purchasing through them directly from now on.

Horrible customer service! Do not order anything that can melt because the ice packs thet use do nothing! The ice pack was actually warm when I received my package and the chocolate was completely melted. I was home when the package was delivered so it was not left to sit outside in the heat. I was told by customer service that I should've upgraded to some other cold pack service and expedited shipping. So I guess they expect their customers to pay $20 for a bag of chocolate chips with all these upgrades just to keep an item from melting. Ridiculous! They also expect customers to scroll all the way to the bottom of a product listing to read their rules on this. Would not issue refund. I won't be ordering from them again.

I have a subscription to receive ginger ale monthly. It always arrives on the expected date in protective packaging. My one experience with their customer service was excellent. The rep promptly resolved my issue. Netrition is a great business and I’m happy and totally satisfied with them!

This review is of NETRITION, not of the product toufayan. 3 of the 6 packages of keto pita bread that ai orders were completely covered in mold when they arrived. It's very disgusting I'm not even sure if I want to eat the other three packages that are not moldy because none of them have a product best by date, or expiration date. I have bought this product many times from local stores and they do not go bad quickly. That means the person at NETRITION who put them in the box deliberately packaged three items that were moldy. There is too much mold on the packages for them not to have noticed.
Toufayan is a great brand I would just recommend find somewhere else to buy them from....This was the first and probably the last time I shop at NETRITION, I guess it depends on how they handle this issue. I will update my review if it is handled review if it is handled review if needed.

After FedEx damaged my shipment, Nutrition was kind enough to send out a replacement while waiting for the original to be returned. Very cordial and helpful reps. Highly recommend Netrition, both for their low prices and their excellent customer service.

They will make you pay to return old food they send you. Customer service is the worst I ever experienced. Shipping arrived late, no expiration dates on perishable food, old bread they freeze for up to a year, and hard buns. All of this on my first order.

We love Netrition & thought since we would be in the area we would do a pick up instead of delivery. We arrived at the distribution center, but had no clue what we're supposed to do or when. The wonderful young woman that helped us went way above & beyond. Since our order hadn't been processed (our fault) it wasn't ready, but she told us to wait & she would pick the order herself on the spot. She double checked it & it was perfect. Thank you so much Netrition & to the lovely young woman who saved the day!
