Had an emergency this morning, car broke down on state Street and Pearl in the turning lane. My phone nearly dead, I asked to use the phone to call a tow truck and was rudely sent away.The homeless man outside let me use his phone.The homeless fella had more hospitality than a whole crew of bank tellers and managers.
