Second time my husband could not get surgery for their lack of communication. Unbelievable

Spent 9 1/2 hours at the ER today 7 of those in a hall way just waiting for results they had at the beginning. When asking for help, was denied, when asking for a supervisor, was denied. Stay away if you need care.
