OTR drivers make breakfast n lunch. You goingto be there awhile, folded my 3 tarps, unstrap my load clean my truck, n clean it again...lol....sleep overnight there, open at 630, check in wait outside gate, wasn't unloaded until 11am...n they told me they start unloading at 9am..my 1st n last time..not only that, I miss my appointment for my next load...12pm pu.This place got no respect for the OTR drivers, they only take care the local drivers. In the future, you won't see me coming here, it only takes 1 time. Time is money for us, we don't get paid by the hour. Hope it gives a heads up to OTR coming there, good luck suckers!! Lol

Need to fire the receiving Manager. Gives drivers a real attitude. Expects the driver to know the rules have changed there without any signage and proceeds to yell and scream. Been delivering here for 20 years. Never had a problem until today. I'm not the only local guy to have a problem here. Want guys to now check in..put a sign up!!!!

My experience with White Cap AH Harris is they gouge prices to the extreme. If you need any concrete additives or tools save yourself a TON of money and order them online. For example: Masterkure ER 50 evap reducer is $139.99 - 189.99 online. At this place it's $362.00! Complete non-sense! Buy online, thank me later. Its terrible business practice to raise the cost of a product so much higher than the MSRP. Shame on these fools!

Decent place , will have what you need but when you say open at 630 am open at 630 am. People drive a distance to get here and end up sitting in the parking lot until they feel like opening the doors. Reliability and timeliness are top priority for a good business.
