Very strange vibe in this branch. Like everyone I approach in here has that awkward deer in the headlights look to them. Not too many branches in the region, and as a 30+ year Chase customer, seriously thinking about switching banks. Also their fees are ridiculous. Also Jamie Dimon…… etc, etc.

I went to the bank at 4, they had me sitting there for 15 minutes before a guy came to ask me if I can reschedule because he hasn’t eaten lunch as yet while simultaneously telling me what I needed to get done isn’t a long process but he was hungry. Like seriously??? I watched him after that walked right over to jimmy John’s to stand in line. So unprofessional ‼️

Extremely disappointing experience, lady named herself as branch manager- opened the account for us, and promised debit card&check and open bonus applied, one month later turned out nothing was done correctly. Therefore, we requested to close the account. Horrible - two days later system wiped out my our remaining balance after account is closed. Called back, the customer service cannot do anything even he acknowledged that it is back mistake of taking the money for no reason, and still advised that we had to go to branch to file a case. How ridiculous it is- these all started because the first person did not do her job right as she opened the account for us. Avoid this branch - or simply avoid the bank.

Staff are attentive and informed, also fast! Cody helped me multiple times with casual banking as well with other things such as address changes. Quick and easy.

If your like me you have a local hometown Bank and the. A big corporate one like chase. Unfortunately the difference in customer service is quite different, but at THIS location is a banker named Brian L and he is NOTHING like what I usually experience with chase. He is amazing and very informative I can only hope that all of my experiences here will be like that. I pray he never leaves. But seriously if u have chase choose this location.....you will not be disappointed he is great.

Went there for a credit card application with branch exclusive offer, but the banker asked me to apply through app and match the offer later. Never heard back after and never picked up the phone.

I went in 8 days ago to order a new debit card and the banker failed to mention it could be expedited. I still dont have it and Its an emergency that i need it. I would've loved to have that option 8 days ago... would have been great if the banker mentioned that.
