This was one of my best experiences ever in car service. They went above and beyond and I will continue to use them for my service needs for many years to come. May buy my next car from them as well if I choose another Alfa.
My service supervisor was exceptional, stayed in touch and ensured I was happy throughout the entire process. Kudos to Albany Alfa Romeo.

everyone there is extremely knowledgeable, and friendly. I was updated throughout the visit about the progress with my car while it was in for service. Darin, and Kristina were great! Vijay in parts assisted me with some accessories afterwards and was great working with him as well.

Don’t be concerned that this isn’t a “big car lot” dealership like some of the other ones in the Albany area. I’ve had my Giulia serviced here twice since they became the local Alfa dealer and they are friendly, they care about your car, they’re flexible, and they keep you updated as your car is being serviced.These aren’t automated, canned updates either….Kristina at the service desk provided information via texts and responded to my questions within 30 seconds. Fantastic!Bul Auto/Alfa Romeo of Albany handles some pretty high end cars as well, so you know they can take care of your Alfa.

After receiving amazing service, patience and support with our 2019 Stelvio (not even purchased there), when it came time to consider a new purchase we of course wanted to give our business to Val.
