I live in Rochester and babysit in Clarence every week and stay over..I went to go home and my tire was flat after not touching my car for 2 days..we called Summit very close to closing time and they were more then willing to take care of my tire so I can get back home. They removed a nail and plugged my tire and I returned home safe and they were very friendly..Thank you.Jeannine Ryan

Taken my diesel truck here 3 times, spent around 6000 on repairs, most of which haven't been fixed, does wanna give feedback, nor talk to customers. Last time they told me to drop truck off they never even touched it and asked me to pick it up. Very unprofessional, not qualified to look at diesel trucks, had no problem taking my money though. Still leaks oil, steering still leaks, all said to be fixed. Don't trust them!
