It’s been two months and I’ve built a lot of muscle! She pays attention to my progress and is very mindful of setting goals and keeping to them. The owner Juli is very organized, mindful and works with my schedule as needed. There are many classes to choose from as well. There is a supportive and friendly community in this gym! As a woman, I really appreciate the intimacy of the one on one personal training in a facility where there is so much privacy. This has been life changing for me and I’m more than confident that I will reach my goals and shift myself into a lifestyle of consistent fitness with the support of these amazing women!”

Moreover, this community has become like family to me. They are my support system and i enjoy my time with them so much. They are one of the main reasons I stay so consistent.
