I have been working with World Class for years and they are the best! They have fixed numerous watches including bad old services on vintage watches, unfortunate accidents on my part and of course, routine services.They are extremely fair and reasonable in their pricing, the speed is notable and the customer service is excellent!I am a watch reseller and when customers ask me where to get their watches serviced, I always recommend these guys!They also have an incredibly fun inventory of vintage watches, from Rolex and Omega to Cartier and even some of the more obscure vintage names that watch nerds like myself enjoy!

Do not go in there with a watch that cost less than $500. I went in there to get a pin on a cheaper (work) watch and was treated like a peasant asking for scraps. I have a lot of watches but none of them, including my Breitling, will ever be brought here again.

Needed a new battery for my Fossil watch while on vacation. While their sales inventory leans high-end, they're happy to service any watch you may have. Plus, these gents are funny and great to shoot the breeze with!

Excellent service and very personable family run operation. Dropped my favorite watch right on the face which shattered the crystal. They did not have the right sized crystal but would have done it right on the spot for me if they did. However, they were able to size a back up I had in about 7 minutes. They also have a superb selection of high end watches.

Very over priced charge for a battery, which I do not mind paying for since I wanted to use my watch. However is disappointing picking up your watch and time and date are not set up. They said it’s usually 24 hr wait on battery, but they got it done in 1hr . I wouldn’t recommend this place, but that’s my personal honest opinion. Should had use yelp instead of google reviews for honest reviews.

Personally, unless you have a rolley contact them. If you need something small like a battery for your regular watch uses I do not recommend this place. Over priced of course it's Santa Fe, but still almost 40$ for a battery is ridiculous and I'm lucky they did it in 1hr they said it usually takes one day . Please save your self the trouble when I got my watch back did not even have correct time or date .

I went in to have a watch band resized and had a wonderful experience. The owners are EXTREMELY knowledgeable - their selection is diverse and each piece has a cool story. Definitely stop in if you are in the area, it’s an awesome shop. Service was fast and reasonably priced and the owners are a joy to work with.

Robin did an extremely difficult repair to the band on my Cartier watch. Because it took awhile (through no fault of his), he did the repair for free. He refused to take a nickel. First class people.

Absolutely top-notch. Robin and his team took care of my repair needs in a thorough and professional manner. He fixed the band on my Rolex instead of seeking out an extra $150 charge for a new link. 5 stars all the way.

Excellent customer service! My husband bought my Rolex from here a while back. I had to take it in to get some links removed. Robin, the new owner was very knowledgeable and professional.
