Friendly folks but my coffee always has too much milk in it no matter how I say it! This is some kind of weird phenomen I've experienced in other SBs in the last two years. .... deprived of O2 perhaps?

The worst. My order was wrong. They charged my card, told me it didn’t go through. So I said fine, here’s cash. It ended up that I was charged twice. I’m completely done with Starbucks.

Went for coffee, it was good also had a breakfast burrito and was good. Service was good.

It's a Starbucks, you know what to expect. It's neither good nor bad. There are better local coffee spots, but in a pinch it hits the spot.

I waited outside for 30 minutes just to buy a coffee cup and instead of helping me they just closed the window on my face. Worst Starbucks ever

The service was so horrible that the drive thru was all the way to the street. The in person was bad that the manager will walk by and ignore you just to avoid an order. Bad for a Starbucks

It was super fast! And when I got my drink I could tell why. I’ve been to many Starbucks and this one has to be the absolute worst. I’ve never had a bitter tasting frappe, and all the syrup was on one side of the cup and none on the other. When I got it, it looked like it was already melting. (Bad flavor & bad presentation) Never coming here again.

Went to the walk up window 9/14/21. No one else in line and 2 or 3 cars in drive up. I saw four employees inside (when I called & spoke to floor mgr, he told me he only had 2 people working in there). As I waited at the window (almost 5 minutes), everyone inside at some point, looked my way and ignored me. I wasn't even told that they would get my order in a minute. I was told by the mgr when I called, he was called up to wait on me but he had already walked past the window twice while I was waiting. BAD customer service.

It's a Starbucks. Line went quick. Bought a large coffee and egg, cheese and bacon sandwich $8 bucks. Coffee fine, sandwich..? Breakfast san at other places better.

Cheap coffee I ordered it from the app and it was ready before I got there it was good coffee and I enjoyed the speed of service.
