On October 9, 2023 I had my 2022 **** Escape Hybrid towed to Capitol ****, ********, ** when it would not start and had no electrical power after being flat towed for a 60 mile trip. Capitol **** said the problem was because my vehicle had been flat towed and this vehicle was not towable. I had to refer them to the owners manual where the flat towing procedure is explained. They said they were not aware of that and would look into it. They later called back and rudely said that I must have done something wrong when I towed the car and caused $25,000 to $35,000 catastrophic damages to the car, including transmission damage, hybrid battery damage and other unknown damages, that would not be covered under warranty. I explained I follow the manufactures directions when towing and have previously flat towed this vehicle for 1,000s of miles prior to this incident. They continued to deny warranty coverage and said I had 5 days to move the car or they would charge me $30 a day for storage. I had the vehicle towed to another **** Dealer in *********** for a second opinion. They discovered the problem was a dead cell in the high voltage battery and said there were no catastrophic damages as reported by Capitol ****. They repaired the vehicle, UNDER WARRANTY the car now runs perfectly. Just think if I had followed Capitol ****s advice and totaled my car. I would have suffered a loss of tens of thousands of dollars. I would highly recommend getting a second opinion if you ever take a vehicle to this dealership for service or warranty repair. I will NEVER trust or do business with Capitol **************** ever again.

New shop is awful 4 hours for an oil change and rotation is ridiculous. Waste of money paying for the warranty to cover the maintenance when. You can't even make an appointment. The girl in the old shop was so much better and friendly alway got me in in an hour or less. Would give a zero star if I could.Services: Tire rotations

Untrustworthy. This is the second time I have had a problem here and it’s safe to say I will start driving to the quick-lane in Rio rancho or somewhere else in town. Customer service is terrible and gives the impression you are bothering when you have questions. I brought my car for the works oil change, I got my car back and noticed they did not rotate my tires. Paying over a $100 for these services, and then not getting done is a disappointment. I’m sure they were in a hurry or something and thought it would go unnoticed. It makes me wonder what else is not getting done that is supposed to.Services: Tires

Was not what I expected . Staff could be friendlier and courteous to customers . The female was rude when I asked a simple question and the guy rudely interrupted with a bad attitude . Both Were working the help desk. I would say keep going to the dealerships and bypass this place. I can also tell they did not so any sort of inspection like they claim. I believe this place could cause more damage to your vehicle as they seem to not care about the customers concerns . I would rate them negative 50!
