Fast and great customer service! The guys at Pep Boys were friendly and incredibly helpful when my car needed a new battery. They checked my battery for free and gave me an appointment for the next day. The dealership expected me to wait for a week! I could even drop the car off at 7:30. They sent me text updates and did a thorough check of my car, which I was very grateful for and didn’t expect. Thank you, Pep Boys!

I was on my way to work and my truck didn't Start, I noticed the fan belt was off on my 2001 Ford expedition , I got it towed to pep boys in santa fe without talking to anyone not knowing if they were swamped with work ,Ronnie and staff found other issues and was able to get me back on the road quickly this was the second time they serviced my truck. Good prices and good work thank you guys

My boyfriend and I took a road trip to NM from CO and when we got there his car started making a super weird squeaking noise. We came close to closing and Eric & Dylan fit us in super quick which was great since we had plans to leave the next morning back to CO. Awesome customer service and thank you so much for your kindness!

The technicians and associates here were super helpful when we were in a minor accident and in need of a quick repair during a road trip. They helped us quickly so we could stay on schedule, and also provided some local sightseeing and restaurant recommendations to our family. We appreciate the friendly, prompt service.

These guys are fantastic. I walked in at 7:30 am, told them my problem, and my car was on the lift before I sat down in the waiting room. Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile, explained the issues and choices, gave me good reasons to take a pass on the more expensive fix, and put me on the road again. Definitely going back.

I got tires here about two years ago. I came in o repair a flat, but my tread was too worn to fix. fair enough. they didn't have any of my information in their computer about the tires I bought two years earlier, or the mileage for the warranty either. I tried to explain what was wrong with the info in their computer system and the sales guy got defensive and snippy with me. I try not to hold one person against a whole business (everyone has bad days) so I scheduled in to get new tires in a little over a week from then.I showed up this morning and they didn't have the tires I ordered. I left and won't go back.

We brought a company truck for them do an oil change and replace tires. When we were called to pick it up, the driver mirror was broken, they put the spare rim on the new tire and placed it back on the truck. They then had the audacity to say that they didn’t know why the sensor wasn’t working??? Well maybe because it’s the wrong rim?? Duh! The truck was dropped off at 11am and they are still trying to figure out how to get the job done. Then they put the wrong name of the customer on the work order! This location is the worst!! I’d like to know what turnip field that theiremployees were plucked from? The manager Ronnie Varela for this location was very unprofessional and rude! He took off from the parking lot squealing his tires on his truck after he gave us the receipt. Who does this??

Stay away if you like good customer service. Was looking for jumper cables at 5:45 pm, their hours posted on google and on their door said they were open, but their doors were locked. The garage was open, so thought I’d ask. The man at the counter was condescending and almost mad that I wanted to pay them money. He said the store is always closed. Said to go to another auto part store. No problem, I will forever go to another auto parts store.

Went in for a simple oil change on a tundra, they said the oil filter cap they couldn’t get off and was seized up and showed me the socket tool they were using (which was the wrong socket tool for this type of filter cap for Toyotas) and that they had to order me $100 new cap because the current one would crack when they would try to take it off. Afterwards I asked to see the cracked oil filter cap. They showed it to me (wasn’t cracked,) with a different socket tool that took it off with (notches in the socket specifically for Toyotas). Totally charged me for something unnecessary. I thought a simple oil change would be easy. They also said my cabin filter needed changed for a $22 part. I asked if there is additional labor to put the new filter in and they said no it was all inclusive and I find out they charged me $20 in labor just to pull out a cabin filter and put a new one in. I demanded my $20 in labor back since they misrepresented themselves saying it was a miscommunication…no miscommunication, I was very clear on my question as this is something I could’ve done myself and I told them that ahead of time. It seems to me, this shop tries to get every dollar they can out of people.

As if car troubles weren’t hard enough…I was hesitant about taking my car here from the beginning after the rude service I experienced over the phone however, given the holidays my options were limited so I made an appointment anyway. I should have listened to my gut…. On the day of my appointment I woke up early, gathered my child and arranged a pickup, only to find out my appointment was never made and thy were booked for the day. This was especially frustrating for me given the effort it takes just to get to the shop and the fact I was leaving town the following day.Not as rude in person but nevertheless a very disappointing experience. Needless to say I will not be returning and I hope this helps save someone else from a similar fiasco.

Worst experience ever...Misleading advertisement showing tires on their webpage that are not the product that is being sold., Manager Ronnie Varela was rude and aggressive, I do not recommend this place if you need tires!!

I am so grateful for these guys! Not only did they get me in for an oil change within an hour of calling (when other places were booked out for weeks...) but Rey and Eric were super helpful, kind, and knowledgeable. What's better is that they were truly looking out for my best interest and went out of their way to ensure I was getting the fairest price. I highly recommend!

I've been taking my Honda to Pep Boys for 3 years, and have been very satisfied with their service. I can usually get an appointment within a couple days.
