This is the worst Lowes ever! We ordered a refrigerator and dishwasher in September 2023. The dishwasher was finally installed in December after several screw-ups from the installer and Lowe’s losing the dishwasher temporarily. THREE months of this nonsense!!!BUT the real kicker is the refrigerator was never delivered!!! We called Lowes several times, and they said it would be delivered on Dec 1. Was it delivered?? NO. We attempted to contact Lowes again, and no one knew what was happening. So we went to the credit card company to dispute the refrigerator charges, and they claimed the refrigerator was delivered and installed. BUT there is still NO refrigerator delivered, and we are being charged for it. I would never buy any major appliance purchase from Lowes again.Now we have to call Lowes and the credit card company again to straighten this all out. It’s been hours of wasted time!! HOURS!!!!!Again the worst appliance experience of my entire life.

I've spent a small fortune with Lowe's down in Texas over the years. They had more to choose from and better service in Abilene. Here in Santa Fe, that's not the case. So when I have a petty, small dollar item return I don't really care to be told I have to run back home for my receipt. Home Depot doesn't do me that way. Losing favor with customers, given what little advantage you have here (very little in that you have some items HD doesn't carry) isn't very smart. And I don't look like some methhead trying to return a cheap stolen item for drug money. So I don't care what your "policy" is...Your policy should be not annoying potential new long term customers with nonsense. Because I don't have time for this kind of foolishness. I will stop doing business here. That's *my policy for dealing with this kind of service.

I have been in this store multiple times over the last few years passing thru with work. Recently, I needed 25000 linear feet of a particular woodbase. I started shopping at lumber yards and different box stores only to realize this woodbase is expensive. I finally called Amber at this Lowes, and after many pictures and a lot of haggling, Amber was able to get me exactly what I wanted at the absolute best price in the country. I mean THE ABSOLUTE BEST PRICE in the country. I had called everyone I could think of from Dallas, Texas, to Phoenix Arizona and Amber, at the Lowes Store on Twelfth Street in Albuquerque, New Mexico was able to make it happen. Not only did she get me a great price. She also set up delivery for me. Now, I have to tell you I had never worked with Amber before. In the past, when I needed something, I would always just call the pro desk and whoever answered would be who I worked with. That said, Amber is awesome, but I guarantee you, if you call and can't get Amber, you can and will still get exceptional service from whoever answers at the pro desk. They have an amazing team there.

Horrible service, can't find an employee to help ever - it's like they run away. Tried to exchange the wrong lightbulbs, what a nightmare. Took 20 mins and would not give me store credit as it's been over 30 days. Did a bathroom remodel and have thousands left over with supplies, they basically told me to kick rocks. Won't be giving them my business after spending so much money with them

I don't know why this store has a 2 star rating. I give it 5. I have shopped at dozens of Lowes stores in 5-6 different states. This one is my local store. It has everything I need at prices I like and I get a 10% veteran discount. Yes, every retailer has staffing issues but I always find someone if I need to.

Pretty hard to run a small business when the pro desk is shut before 6 on Friday and apparently on weekends. Employees are very sparse.

DO NOT USE Lowe's for any installations. The hire unqualified and uncertified contractors to do the installations. My older mother-in-law even experienced a threatening contractor who did not do his job but only "borrowed" cash. When Lowe's was contacted about this event they only said we need to deal with contractor and that it was not Lowe's problem even though Lowe's was who my mother-in-law paid and contracted for the toilet installation.

This might be one of the least satisfactory Lowe's stores nationwide. The customer service is extremely poor, beyond comparison. Waiting for assistance takes hours, and even then, there's no guarantee of receiving help.In fact, it's virtually guaranteed that you won't receive any assistance.It gives the impression that they are uninterested in any business or perhaps even in serving customers.

This is the most dilapidated joke of a Lowes I've ever seen. The amount of dead plants in piles is astonishing. Its completely FILTHY. TERRIBLE selection. Hope you're not looking for something specific. Employees are RUDE and ignorant. I'd be ashamed and embarrassed if I were the GM. Not surprising as EVERYTHING in Santa Fe is like this.

Over the last 2 years the store has progressively gotten worse. There are some really good staff here but they don't get the support from the current management. And you can see it within the sales staff.

Ordered a refrigerator here. Had to pay for it up front and in full. No one showed up on the delivery date. No one called. Been in the store more than six times and no one will refund my money.

The cameras and speakers trained on the parking lots are dystopian to say the least. Did not carry the same track lighting options they had last I visited. Had to source else where to get matched items.

Store has cleaned up somewhat, but you can't polish a turn. Staff is still hard to find, most of the managers know less than the floor staff. The head cashiers are great, but can find better employment elsewhere where they will be appreciated.

Went to Lowe's to buy four 5 gallon buckets and lids. These items were at the very top of all the shelves. The man who was very busy stocking the shelves, dropped what he was doing, rode his lift to the top, and safely brought my 4 buckets down. He was safe and professional. Thank you Lowes!
