This place is horrible for customer service !! I drove an HR. To buy a stove and the lady in appliance service was worthless on helping me look for a stove she simply said they were all our instead of checking inventory! So I left to lowes and the kind man there helped me out gratefully! Long story short im home with a new stove from lowes !!!! P.s if you don't like your job please don't be any inconvenience for us and simply don't show up!!!!??

I went into Home Depot on Saturday to gather a few materials that I needed for some home projects. I was in a time crunch as my friend was already at my house in Eldorado and I was behind schedule. After gathering everything I needed, I went to check out only to find that I left my wallet behind at home. No one could help me.. until I found Joseph in the service department. He offered creative solutions to help me complete my purchase and get me out of the store as quick as possible. I really appreciated his kindness and service as I made a mistake that was causing me stress. Highly recommend working with him!

Unfortunately, you cannot cancel an order at this store....We ordered online because they did not have in store. The item was supposed to be sent to Santa Fe store but unfortunately they sent to Albuquerque store; they told us that happens sometimes. They would not send to Santa Fe store for us and when we tried to cancel, unfortunately they said we had to come into the store to cancel.....they had no problem letting us order on our computer, but would not let us cancel online or over the phone. Now we wait until February 8 for them to return the order since no way are we going to pick it up, then we wait another 2 weeks for a refund on our VISA....then we order what we needed from anyone EXCEPT HOME DEPOT...Unfortunately, which is their favorite word, we will never step foot in their store again, and I am advising you to shop at Lowe's or somewhere else where fortunately they take care of their customers.....

Sarah P. provided outstanding customer service at this Home Depot!We went in to buy custom wood window blinds for unmatched window sizes in our home, which could have been a pretty complicated endeavor.Yet Sarah made the whole process smooth, as she patiently and clearly explained each step of the order. And there are many details for such an order!She also shared the best discount coupon available, and the most economical options for each step.Customer service in the front of the store was excellent, too.Based on our experience in a time when good customer service is rare, we give Sarah and the front desk customer service team 5 stars!

I wanted to buy a large appliance. II would like to do it directly through my home store so perhaps delivery and installation can be coordinated. NO ONE ANSWERS THE PHONE. EVER. If you try to call, prepare to be frustrated and hear the HD ad over and over and over and over.

I really love home depot as a store.pricing is good and I wish they could find better staff. I've watched the customer service staff answered and hang up phones repeatedly while standing in line. I now understand why I can never get through to anyone when I call. It's always such a pain to deal with the people that work here very sad.

Worst experience I’ve had in a Home Depot. It took the floor staff 56 minutes to locate and bring out my online order that had arrived earlier in the week. It took over 35 minutes for them to get a floor manager involved. Repeatedly I said that I was not in a position to wait and that I would be happy to change my order to a delivery so that they could have more time to locate the package, which the employees showed absolutely no interest in doing despite them saying they were capable of doing it. I also said that if they weren’t able to provide shipping or locate my package, they could refund me so that I could reorder online. They had absolutely no interest in giving me my money back, assuring me that they would find my package soon. Throughout the process, I could see both employees sent to retrieve my package doing other, non work related things. Specifically, after finally locating my item, I watched the floor manager stop and have a light hearted five minute conversation with other staff outside before finally going and retrieving my item (again, this was after 50 mins of me waiting and verbally expressing my sense of urgency to find a resolution). I am thoroughly disappointed with the lack of professionalism, lack of urgency, and lack of desire shown in wanting to make me want to be a return customer. They had ample opportunity to make this right and simply couldn’t be bothered. I felt thoroughly unheard and dismissed throughout the entire process. I was intending to purchase another $600 in equipment after loading my online order, but I am so upset by the Home Depot in Santa Fe’s customer care that I will go to Lowe’s.

This is the worst run Home Depot I've ever been in. I'm currently on hold to speak with a manager, it's been 15 minutes! I have never seen so many employees just standing around doing nothing! No one available to help in the plumbing department, to get an item off the top shelf. Why aren't your shelves stocked? So sad!

Generally, the same as most "big box " stores, associates walking around avoiding customers in need. You expect passive assistance going in, so no surprises. But paint department is even worse. Worst attitude , and that has always been consistent no matter time of day. It's worth going to a smaller outfit pay more but get better service.

My husband and I needed a new patio door so we checked out Home Depot. We met with Russ/ George who sold us a patio door on April 20th, we were so excited and failed to ask for any type of brochure of what we purchased or even a model # (yes, not smart on our part). He measured and stated the 2nd measure would be scheduled. 2nd measure scheduled and completed on April 28th. We were contacted and informed our door was FINALLY in and scheduled install for August 10th. Door measurements were NOT correct and informed they would have to order ANOTHER door. Brian, the Installation District Manager, stated it would be "expedited and we would be given 500.00 off (door cost $4500.00) our purchase." I was contacted and another install date was set for the 2nd time on October 17th. Install was quick BUT the door opened on the incorrect side- not the right door ?. At this point we tried calling Brian-who never returns messages/phone calls, Florian, the Sales Manager is also not really responding. Our current door was destroyed during removal, so we cannot even cancel at this point if we wanted to.... so infuriating and seems like none of these individuals give a you know what. Communication is/has been terrible, no accountability, haven't seen the measley credit, the install was terrible and I'm hoping this last install job was done as bad as it was due to knowing it was "temporary" till a 3rd door is ordered/installed. Terrible gaps in the molding, the concrete under the threshhold was removed leaving the threshold extremely wobbly, the holes for the lock were off so the door is off when it's closed and has to be closed with extra force. Not to mention our construction plans having to be haulted for MONTHS due to this ridiculousness. We are scheduled for a 3rd door install on December 14th. I will update as updates become available. Words cannot even describe how disappointed/disgusted we are, BUT doesn't seem like any of the people listed in this review care anyway-customer service is definitely lacking.

What I can I say- we practically live here...always here...these ppl need help. I see the same ppl usually the older workers always helping customers. Kid- teen like works rarely offer or like to ride the machines. We shop at Lowes as well... sometimes get better help.

On October the 10 ton I walked to pick up an order that II had ordered online. A young girl Emily helped me right away . She was friendly and attentive . She asked if I need help to unload my Vinyl flooring and I said yes. She brought Manuel and they loaded my truck in timely manner . I think they both are valuable employees.

You almost feel like it's a bad thing to ask for help here! Everyone's more concerned about being on their phone or having a buddy to walk around with! The amount of times I couldn't find anything and asked three people they could care less! Looks like you'll need some AI robots to help you find what you're looking for these days!

I just left this place feeling that the security guard that day was following me. I will save you the details but it was pretty odd to have him in my personal space so often so close. I guess seeing a woman of African descent shopping is suspicious. He seems ready to catch red hand. It’s my first time shopping there and I’m not impressed. Do better security guard.
