I think they are permanently closed, and they are handling the temporary or permanent closure of their locations in a totally unprofessional way. It is not THAT HARD to leave an accurate message on a voicemail system, instead of a misleading message suggesting that you are still in business, and still handling prescriptions, when you are not! What a bunch of jokers!

Went to pick up a prescription at the Eldorado branch for Covid and pharmacy was closed at 4 when hours are posted online as being open till 6. Called the next day at 10 pressed 3 to speak to an associate no one answered. Called right back tried to get thru the provider line no one answered. Called Santa Fe office no one answered. Maybe they should just shut down all there branches.

I have been having my prescriptions filled here for 10 years and very happy with the delivery and service until the week ending 4/1/23 when everything at the pharmacy stopped working. I had to take the Senior Ride to get a refill that I needed and only got half of it, they were supposed to deliver the other half two days ago on April 3 and now they are closed today, April 5, Wed. I have called for the last 2 days and never got any person on the phone. What is going on? Are they closing? Someone needs to let their customers know what is going on. Like the management!

Transfered from Walgreens to Del Norte Pharmacy. No more waiting in line for an hour only to be told they don't have the prescription they texted me was ready!David helped me transfer everything with one phone call. Friendly service, useful information, they actually answer their phone! Wishing I had done it years ago. They have slightly more limited hours, but I can get in and out in WAY less time, which is a worthwhile trade in my book. They also have all the basic things you need from a pharmacy, without trying to be a grocery store.

The staff is marvelous. Everyone is efficient and courteous. The pharmacist is a true gentleman and is always willing to step up and help. They always take care of their customers.

Friendly folks; we’re glad we found a place to flee from Walgreens. Smallish (not corporate like W): just focused on what it *should* be, a Pharmacy! Read online: “Good Neighbors” pharmacies are tops!

The best pharmacy in town. They usually work with you and if insurance or anything goes wrong they call. Unlike Walgreens. They also have great personalities and bedside manner is amazing. Oliver is kind and works hard to make sure you feel like family there. Which is amazing for a pharmacy. And their workers are amazing. And kind. I once had a prescription not go through and they figured out within 20 minutes that the doctor had written the prescription wrong and had it fixed by calling the doctor and bam my meds were fixed and covered by insurance. They care about you. Trust me if you have to use a pharmacy this is the one. Walgreens always never had my meds and they would make me feel bad if my insurance or other issue happened. Not at del Norte . They work with you to make sure you get what you need.

Support your local pharmacy. Del Norte is a gem that always reminds you why it is better to support small businesses. I forget his name at the moment, but the gentleman with the red hair is one of the nicest and most courteous professionals I have ever met. I have never had any issues with Del Norte, and I suggest everyone in Santa Fe pick up their prescriptions here. There is also a pretty good selection of OTC products given the store’s small size.

I've been to this pharmacy four times to pick up prescription medication. Every time amazing service. Fantastic staff, every single one of them. Whenever i can, Del Norte is my first choice.

This pharmacy should be sued out of business. They have signs on their door they are no longer open on Saturdays but have yet to update their website or let the medical community know their new hours. Sick with bacterial pneumonia my doctor sent the prescriptions on Friday night. Show up on Saturday and they have hand written notes on the door. Sorry, staffing shortages.I have to wait until Monday morning to pick up the scripts.Call on Monday to confirm they are ready. Yes. Show up and they only have a part of my prescriptions. Come back tomorrow for the rest. I have pneumonia. Not once did anyone mention, sorry for being closed on Saturday even though we state we are open to the world. The pharmacist couldn’t be bothered to even look up.

Honestly I debated writing this but the situation that happened today has me so angry. I go in to get a prescription the young guy who runs the registers, sweetest as can be, has red hair, goes to get the prescription verified by the Girl - I don't know if she's a pharmacist or assistant. She was on the back computer filling prescriptions, shorter dark hair. She starts flipping out on him, being completely rude to him, telling him off. You can see it in her body language and how her tone was. That was not okay! I even told him that he was doing great and to not allow them to be so rude to him. I know they all heard me. That was so unprofessional. Being in Management, and in Customer Service for years and years I couldn't help but say something. I felt that. He is one out of maybe one other person who is so great with customers, so customer oriented and genuine, you would think that he would be treated better. I don't care what the situation was of why she did that to him, that should of never happened. Especially in front of customers and other staff. That girl is lucky I didn't have a word with her otherwise I would of embarrassed her the way she most likely embarrassed him. It makes me wonder how often he is treated this way. You guys better open your eyes and not treat great employees this way. If a conversation needs to be had, do it in private! Not in the middle of him helping someone!!. Have some respect and shame on her for treating and talking to him that way. That boy deserves a 5 star on this rating but unfortunately due to that girl's behavior this is why I am even writing this. You guys need to check her attitude and not allow her to treat employees this way and anyone else for that matter. All of staff that actually handles the prescriptions can't even come close to his customer service. They should learn a thing or two from him.I will take this farther too. I go in there often and I see how hard he works and how great he is with customers. No one else especially that girl, is not like that. Be grateful for him. You don't get to just treat coworkers/employees like that and if you think that you can or have the authority to do so then you belong somewhere else. Plain and simple. Disgusting behavior. She should not be able to get away with that. Who ever runs this pharmacy needs to make that clear. Learn how to handle things the proper way. I haven't even came here to write a review on the nonsense the pharmacy has pulled with our prescriptions but best believe her doing this to that boy did it. That was not okay what so ever. I hope a conversation is had with her.

I recently switched pharmacies from CVS to Del Norte. Every time I interact with anyone at Del Norte, I feel happy, cared for, and end up smiling. No grumpy, impersonal pharmacy staff here who ignore your calls and make you feel like you're inconveniencing them -- at Del Norte, you encounter only pleasant, congenial, and efficient people who treat you like a friend as well as compound your prescriptions with mastery. I enthusiastically recommend this pharmacy.

The prescription I had filled here cost over 7 times what I pay at Walgreens. They did not compound it, just sold premade tablets at an inflated price. Pharmacist could not explain why. Very unethical and unprofessional.
