Friendly, if you have the ability to tolerate surliness, mixed with moderate competency. Which is totally manageable. It's the closing 35 minutes before closing time that this old, still hard working, boomer doesn't like.

If there was a way to give a no star i would !The 2 ladies that were in this store were very RUDE! But I bit my tongue I needed to get a phn. The other cricket stores like the one in las vegas actually take time to help you and are kind first one I went where they made me feel uncomfortable with their RUDENESS IF THEY DONT LIKE THEIR JOBS PLEASE LADIES MOVE ON YOU NEED TO HAVE PPL SKILLS YOU KNOW LIKE BE KIND AND PATIENT. SMH.

If I could give a lower customer service rating I would. My father is elderly and lost his phone. I took him to the store and the woman working there told us he needed a pin number. My father did not know it. She then told us to call customer support. I did. The support agent told us all we needed to do is show ID and everything would be fine. She said no. Then the support agent wanted her employee ID. She refused to give it. Then the support agent asked to speak with her. She refused. There was no one else at the store, so we had to go to the bank to stop payments. All we wanted to do, is get a new phone.

If anyone has financed a device and were told accessories such as AirPods or wireless chargers come with your purchase, you might want to contact the a company you have financed, to make sure nothing was added without consent and ONLY the device was financed.
