The front desk girl was extremely rude. She doesn’t acknowledge you when you walk in. 101 of being up there is to be present. It was busy but it’s important to acknowledge. The woman who took me back was also very rude and stern. I think they all need some training on how to be presentable and decent.

Waited almost 3 hours for a simple fit test (which takes 5 minutes). Let's put it this way, I'd rather drive an hr to another location and will be doing so from now on. Get it together...

The people were very patient/ kind at the front desk. The nurse was good at her job and very professional. Same with the doctor.

Poor customer service especially the male front desk personnel. Please improve communication skills and client interaction as these help in patient satisfaction. Longer wait times are still the same. If capable find another branch in Albuquerque for better service. Medical providers are OK.

The staff were polite and friendly but the operational side of things was quite inefficient. I arrived 15 minutes early for my 0900 physical appointment as directed. I was not called back for my first test until slightly after 1000. At one point in the process I was told to undress. 20 minutes later after no additional testing I was told to re-dress. Later after more testing to again undress. Everyone was pleasant and hopefully all diagnostics were well done, but the process was very inefficient. The PA who saw me was great.

I went in at 8 am second person in line for w drug screen, flu shot, T spot blood test and a mask fit. After numerous people went ahead of me even some coming in afterwards I finally got called back 2 hours later. Then when the gal did the blood stick she missed and told me she’d get someone else and I waited another 40 minutes in a room. Now I am still pending results for my urine and it’s been a week and my travel agency informed me it wasn’t even sent to Quest till Friday which makes no sense. Normally it’s 3-4 days and we get the results. Just hoping they didn’t put the wrong label like they did last October. Which put my start date behind and cost me money. So not to thrilled.

I went to Concentra to get PT for my knee that the orthopedist recommended. The PT person I was assigned was very thorough but also very real. He told me exactly what I needed to do to take pressure off the knee and stop bowing in both knees.I had dealt with Concentra when I worked for the State but am very impressed in their outpatient patient services as well! Have been working with Nicole for the last three sessions and she is even more awesome and keeps me on track!

When I first got in, me and my family let those in front know I was there for a dot examination where I was greeted with a stone face. I thought was interesting but quickly brushed it off my shoulder because I believe everyone is entitled to be a little grumpy on a bad day. I was asked to complete a questionnaire which I completed on my phone right before it died. Later I was asked to do the questionnaire again because It didn't go through, so I did it again and noticed it was asking me about my hearing eye sight an weight before I realized that part was probably for the examiners. Realizing the fact I went up to the front to ask if I was mistaken where my I was met with that stone face again and no reply, it was a different clerk this time and she fixed the simple problem and sent me back to wait. My son was being hyper and he can get pretty loud and forgets to use his inside voice so I sent him and my wife out to the car to wait for me. Time was ticking on and I saw that we were nearing the time they stop taking patients at which point I was becoming worried that they wouldn't take me in due to the fact that we had drove an hour to get there from where we live. I was about to ask for a refund at about 15 till 3:30 as I looked at a poster on the wall that had a list of customer service goals that I read and crossed out the ones that weren't met in my head. Finally I heard my name and got up to once again fill in the questionnaire which I did quickly and proceeded to the examination. The practitioner also had that stone faced look so I remained quiet unless I was asked a question which was given like an order. At last, (after completing the eye exam and urine test) I met with the doctor who was much more professional, (at least on the surface) and I was out of there. All in all my experience was not great, but at least I was finally done with it.

The wait was almost an hour. The guy who gave me my TB skin test was great. Return visits only took a few minutes.

I went for a pre employment drug screen. The services were great. Only negative was I was waiting an hour before I got called back. I've been to concentra several times and this experience was by far the longest wait. They were busy but I don't know why I had to wait an hour to pee in a cup.

I had quit a lucrative career and moved from Indianapolis Indiana to Albuquerque New Mexico for a promising career that I had always believed was out of reach. That being said the company in Santa Fe I had applied for and received a position from required a physical at your facility. From the start I felt as I was a burden from signing in to the finish. The reception at the desk was put forth as if I ought to know what was going on while constantly filling out paperwork. At one point I stepped out to get information needed for the paperwork and received a call stating that I needed to come back inside as I had more paperwork to fill out. When I was finally called back I was put in one room for a test and the assistant came in and acted as if I was a burden to her getting what was needed for her portion of the testing. During the eye test faze I was required to remove my glasses for the eye test. From there I went for hearing testing of which I was instructed to remove my hearing aids. After all testing I went in for conference with the doctor who had mentioned that the computer system kept acting up. After consultation the doctor advised me that I had failed the required testing that my employer needed. On return to my employers office and advising them of the results, they couldn’t understand why I was instructed to remove my hearing aids and glasses. So therefore I feel that as I understood it from my employer that this was the wrong approach to the hearing vision and prescription that this in turn caused me to lose a lucrative dream job and am now possibly going to have to put out more finances and return to Indiana missing out on my dream career.
