I bought over $400 in shoes for my wife and myself at Parts Unknown in Ruidoso . Got a pair of Hoka runners, about $200 with tax. Got them home and found a manufacturer defect in the back of one of the shoes. Luckily, or so I thought, I had signed up for the VIP club. So, I took them back. Salesperson told me I had to know the exact date and purchase price so he could look up my VIP account. Of course, why not use something like, oh I don't know, my NAME! PHONE NUMBER! Fortunately I was able to pull up the purchase date and price. Then I was told I had waited to long to get an exchange. Told me the cashier that signed me up for the VIP program doesn't work there anymore. Like that somehow that negated the VIP program promise or responsibility. Got stuck with expensive but defective shoes. My advice. Check the products you purchase over with a fine tooth comb because high price does not equal quality. Also, avoid Parts Unknown in Ruidoso at all cost. Poor customer service all the way around.

I was conflicted on how many stars to leave... because the salespeople were great, especially Todd... but the woman manager on shift was insanely rude and had a disgusting attitude. She belittled her staff in front of customers when she was asked for help, she wouldn't grant our VIP member coupon, then blamed it on their connectivity because she couldn't figure it out on the computer. She was rude to me, acting like I was stupid when I showed her our coupon voucher. It's extremely unprofessional and she will end up costing this business their return customers. We left the store really perturbed.
