Pharmacy is horrible. They tell you your prescription is done after having it called in and when I showed up it was not done. This is not the first time. This was heart medicine too! Also after a surgery. Some of us depend on our meds to live or stay healthy. I have had to go a week without my heart medicine due to them not getting prescriptions filled. Wished I could switch to a different Pharmacy!

Worst possible experience. Called ahead to make sure they had a medication for my son. (Because after getting the run around all day yesterday from the north store finally I just said I’ll pay for it but that’s another story.) she said no problem we got plenty so had the doctor move the prescription to the south store I get there and she tells me we don’t have that medication. Same lady I talked to on the phone because she said oh I thought you said something completely different. Not to mention all the other problems I’ve had with this pharmacy. Only got one star because I can’t give negative stars. Two thumbs down worst place to fill a prescription.and then to top it off the lady at Walgreens said since it was her mistake she would call the psychiatrists office and have them send it to Albertsons pharmacy and she called and said that she did that and never did. Trashy service I’ll never fill another prescription here again and I will tell everybody I know how bad they are this place sucks

Don't bother getting photos printed out here. They don't let you look at them before you pay like the north store does and there were lines over my photo with all different colors. They were also very rude.

Pharmacy staff promise a refill by a certain time yet are not ready after an hour past that time. The drive thru line is extremely slow...much slower than other Walgreens.

understaffed, keeps changing its Pharmacy hours without posting--you can wait foreeeeeeevvveeer in one of their drive throughs. Sometimes you realize they've only opened up one pharmacy lane, and everyone in that lane is waiting to find out that nobody is attending that line at all. This place SUCKS!!!

If I could give a negative rating for both Walgreens stores in Roswell I would. I don't use their pharmacy anymore. Over run and understaffed and there is always a wait for what you need. I needed to print a picture today and North store photo is down. South store there is one machine that works. One worker who could care less about helping or even answering basic questions. Pathetic!

My son (6 years old) had an ear infection. The Walgreens north confirmed they got the prescription at 5:24 pm but that they could not fill it before they closed at 6 pm. They said the South Walgreens could pull the order if I called them. I did, the pharmacist did not hesitate and my order was filled and picked up by 5:51. They have a great staff and genuine heartfelt concern for their customers.
