Fraudulent activity/theft. Paid driver cash to fill our tank, he stole the money. Driver informed us delivery of tank and installation was free, we are now being billed for it plus the initial fill. Office refuses to allow us contact with the driver, and admitted driver lied about free installation/delivery.
