Their used car selection are roughly the same prices as new car prices.
Go to another dealership and get a new car with better financing.

Over the years they just get more and more expensive. A lot of their inventory you'll be paying new car prices for 1-2 owner cars with 60-100k miles.
You're honestly better off going to a dealership and getting a brand new car for the same prices and better financing.

I purchased a vehicle with Richland motors very recently. It was a brand new car and before the first oil change, around 2500 miles, the AC stopped working. I feel like after spending $28,000 on a new car they should have made it a priority to correct it as quickly as possible. Instead, I was put on the books for a month out as I drive around during the hottest time in the year. On top of that, I was told if I ever brought my car in for maintenance that I would be given a car to run errands in so I’m not just stuck down at the dealership since I live out of town. When I called to schedule everything I asked about that and was told no that they wouldn’t have a car to do that, I shouldn’t be surprised ?

Ran my credit so many times a
It dropped my credit score 120 points , told me they were running it twice. Never coming back. Car dealerships here have a "liscense to steal".

Tommy, Ruben and Freddie were amazing from the moment I walked in the door. Tommy was very attentive and showed me every car I was curious about. He was kind and patient. Ruben and Freddie were also so very kind and patient, I know I was not the easiest customer, but they never acted with anything except professionalism and care. I would recommend Richland to anyone, and will shop there again in the future.
