Hey there! A huge Shout out to Paul who went over and above. Pico Propane was the 5th propane outfit that my husband and I tried on our way from Austin to Washington.3 UHAUL places in Austin couldn't help us.We had lost the 1 3/4" gasket to the propane fill adaptor. We checked on line and finally figured out what it was called .Long story short. We were fretting about it for the past couple of days trying to figure out who may have this small part that will prevent anyone from being able to fill up. We are heading into cold territory, and wanted to be sure that we could be filled from this point forward.Paul just went yeah! No problem. He knew exactly what I was talking about, and we were fixed and topped off and on our way in no time.My hubby and I breathed a Hugh sigh of relief to know for sure that that was the only problem soIf we lived in Roswell, they would be my place to go!5***** service.Thank you Paul.Total strangers, Ken and Mary.

Found out that Tractor Supply will not fill RV propane tanks in New Mexico. Something to do with insurance. That turned out all right because I found Pico Propane. Great guy running this place, mostly by himself.
