I have been to this O'Reilly location multiple times and each time I always get something dumb. This evening I walk in to pick up my pickup order and the guy tells me I have to pay again.Um, why if I already paid online? He had an attitude, per his usual, and tells me he didn't know but I had to pay. If I ordered online doesn't that mean it's already paid for? This is just one example of many where this employee is a total prick to me and I ways have to come back a second time to deal with someone else.

Fluffy gave excellent service, provided ideas, and came up with solutions. Definitely going back. 6/1 went back and still the excellent service as previously mentioned.

The only place within 200 miles that had the part i needed, i know they are not mechanics but the guys working are extremely knowledgeable and helpful.
