“I am completely new to the sport of archery. I have heard many people recommend this place. I bought a compound bow from a co-worker and brought it in to be inspected and have the draw length readjusted.Jacob recommended that the bow be restrung. They set the new arrow rest and installed a new 5pin sight. A shooting competition was taking place at the time I picked up my bow. I asked how to set distance for the pins.Jacob was very busy at this point, but remained very calm and professional in explaining that he did not have time because of the shooting competition.He explained that he would be more than happy to help me at another time when the shooting competition was over. I put my bow into storage and got occupied with work for about a month before deciding to go back and asking for assistance rather than try on my own.I really wasn't expecting to be remembered, but Jacob very enthusiastically began assisting me with setting my pin and explaining how to do so on my own.As a novice, I feel I have been given enough basic instruction to begin my journey as an amateur archer with a compound bow. I highly recommend the archery shoppe to anybody who requires maintenance or is looking to purchase a new bow. Very good people??”

“I was in the store today with a return from last Friday. The owner was in the store and overheard me telling the cashier I was charged twice for the same item. I didn’t notice I was charged twice until I decided to return the item and looked closely at the receipt. The owner gave me a full credit for the two hats even though I couldn’t prove I was charged twice and had just overheard the conversation I was having. The hat was a a snap back and didn’t fit my friend. Thank you again, just know I appreciate the EXCELLENT customer service and you giving me the credit. You can find everything from a variety of tees and balls ( including glow-in-the-dark balls) to gloves, clothes, cleats and of course bags and new and used clubs. “I was looking for sneakers with an arch support. Matt & Joey were awesome; I had gone to every other shoe store at Cottonwood, and none of the customer service people seemed interested in helping me. The girl at Famous Footwear just rolled her eyes at me when I asked for help. Anyway, I was just about to leave; frustrated, when on my way out I saw Champs; so I stopped in, just expecting the same treatment. I want to thank these young men for being so helpful, and spending all that time with me. I can even return my shoes within 45 days if I am not satisfied. Now that is customer service. :)”
