Xfinity is worst service ever. Had 16 outages in one day. Been going out EVERY DAY for 2 weeks. Can’t get cell service when it goes out even with electric on. Worst ever. DO NOT BUY SERVICEUPDATE‼️‼️‼️8:53 AM 2/1/24 INTERNET AND CELLULAR DATA IS DOWN AGAIN. No way to get in touch with support.This is ridiculous. Plus, the link Xfinity is giving is not to a human. More run around. WORST SERVICE EVER. HAVE BEEN FIGHTING WITH THEM FOS 2 years. I’m a 77 year old disabled, homebound Widow who needs access. They supposedly have a plan to cover outages, but for the life of me I’ve been unable to get anyone to help. Awful customer service. What country do we live in? I really don’t know anymore.

worst service and customer service ever in the Las Cruces, New Mexico area. Had 22 outages in 1 day. No backup. Having outages every day for 2 weeks.

Do your xfinity orders yourself online only. Do not sign up for services in store as their manager Porfirio is a shady man and adds services to everyones accounts without permission! And he won't help, he will only tell you to call the 1-800 number for anything that's not a sale. He's incompetent at being a manager. There used to be some nice employees who worked there a long time but he got rid of them too! Just another corporate suck up.

Friendly helpful associates. With the many bad comments I have heard about Comcast/Xfinity I was pleasantly surprised at the smiling faces and eager to assist folks I met at this store. I needed to swap out a non working Xfinity modem and that is exactly what happened. Walked in with my old modem that was not working properly. The associate swapped me out with a new upgraded modem and I was out the door in 5 minutes. I came back to the store with another modem question and the associate gave me a phone number to call for direct help. Got right through to a live person with no phone-tree nonsense. This person then spent 10 minutes on the phone with me to make sure my new modem was working properly. Great customer service from Xfinity. Who knew ?

This was the worse Customer service ever! Xfinity messed my phone lines up over the phone and when i went into the store they said oh well thats not our problem we didnt do it. They took no initiative to try to help! I also have a home in Seattle which I have always had great service with xfinity. When I went back to seattle they were more than happy to clear my problem up. They got me a return label to return my phone and resolve the issue with the phone lines. Unfortunately there extremely rude customer service in L.c. made me cancel my home security which I was really looking forward to. I would stay clear from there doors! Very unprofessional customer service.

At first it was great I can't believe they waited 3 mo to charge me for overages of wifi 3 mo.later instead of every month and then expected me to pay 297.00 to continue service when I was paying 35.00 a month? And they wanted me to get a phone nowing what was done.

Raymondo technician a young man was the best service I've had with xfinity/Comcast. He understood our needs and went beyond the call of duty to fix our problems. THANK YOU RAYMUNDO YOU'RE THE BEST TECHNICIAN!!!Raymundo to the rescue while no one else could help me out.

Corporate criminal in the same league as RICO affirmed AT&T: raises prices without “notice”: started at $70, now double & now applying some well-hidden data use charge [Scroll through what you don’t know you agreed to & see if you can find it.] & charged so far $100. You can never win in any arbitration because arbitrators rule in favor of corporations--NOT YOU--because Comcast is their source of lots of "repeat business" & you are not. The public's communications [FCC] is run by racketeers. Get rid of this Comcast [X=Infinity] if you got it; or don't get it to start.

A simple mistake was made and when the service fixed by the 2nd person all was great. I truly like the Xfinity company, I have been a customer for many years. Thank you for quality.

Garbage services. High speed internet usually runs around 2 mbps. Which is very slow and considered substandard. Its also over priced and customer service is a joke.Avoid if at all possible

Went in to pickup new modem for self install. It was a very quick and simple process. I think I was in and out of there in less than 10 minutes. Also one of the guys helping me really payed attention, he heard me talking about the coaxial cable and the length of it and gave me and extra one just in case I needed it to be longer. Very helpful staff and extremely clean store too.

My husband and I came here to set up service for our phones and were helped by an awesome gentleman! I wish he was wearing a name tag but he knows who he is lol super cool guy! ? is great service for a great price!

I am becoming extremely frustrated with the internet service provided by Xfinity. I truly wish there were more internet options in Las Cruces. We lose connection just about daily. We use streaming TV and have such a hard time because it never fails the internet goes out almost daily. I feel like the internet service is so unreliable. At one point I was told it was due to upgrading the lines in our area but this has been going on for several months now and it shouldn't take that long to update lines. We even turned in their modem and bought our own hoping this would fix the problem but it didn't. All it did was cause us extra money that we had to pay since we were no longer using their modem.

I have never had ANY phone conversation with an Xfinity rep that has lasted less than 120 minutes (and that's after 10 to 15 minutes on the phone trying to get to a human being)! When we transferred our service to a different state, our account is entirely messed up resulting in another two (2) HOUR phone call to get the mess straightened out. It's just NOT worth it! I would encourage others to seek out alternative, more customer-focused internet providers.

This Wi-Fi and internet is great if you only use it 2% of the time you pay for it. The rest of the time connection drops even if it’s sunny with clear skies outside. I’m changing my provider next month when my billing cycle ends because the terrible service is already too much. Plus on top of that you still pay a ton on billing month to month just so they can deny you the services you paid for. Ridiculous company with ridiculous prices.
