I want to say I've been a postal customer here for over 20 years and I've had very few issues but recently my daughters and my husband have been treated rudely by a lady employee small framed grey haired older lady which they did not catch her name on these separate occasions.But I will be calling the postmaster on this behavior...other then that staff there are great just recently upset.

Items were missing or broken when the box arrived. Lady on customer service didn't provide me with information about packing options. Insurance was not available, I paid $100dlls for broken ceramic and a missing mug.

These folks were super helpful with me when I brought in my postage prepaid voting ballot, printed out in a somewhat unorthodox manner. They seemed to be taking it very seriously and were quite friendly.

This is my favorite Post Office in Las Cruces. It is easy to get in and out and if there is a line it is usually short.
