I recently visited the USPS office located inside MNSU for the first time to purchase a money order to pay my housing rent. As someone new to this process, I was unsure of the steps involved. However, the experience turned out to be exceptionally smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredible assistance I received from the staff there.The employee who assisted me was not only knowledgeable but also exceedingly patient and helpful. They guided me through each step of purchasing the money order, ensuring that I understood everything clearly. Their friendly demeanor and professional expertise made what could have been a confusing experience very straightforward and pleasant.I’m grateful for the high level of customer service provided at this USPS office. It’s reassuring to know that such supportive and competent staff are available to help with important tasks like these. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing postal services, especially those who might be new to certain processes.

She is so mean !!!!! She doesn't help you at all She speak fast and she close the call fast. The good thing it is cheap. Today i was the first one and she take other one and I was waiting!!

Always having ridiculous issues with shipping. Never on time and usually have to pick up packages myself. Every shipping company in this town fails to do their job and this one is not an exception.

Useless, closed weekends when I don't have school and get off at a decent hour at work. And during the week I can't even get to it because they close so early.

I went there to mail a box. The female employee told me there is a charge for some clear plastic tape. I did not ask how much,I do not know if that is a valid charge or if the employee is just horribly trained and does not know. I just left and went to Fed-X. It is no wonder the USPS is losing $ and requires the taxpayers to subsidize it. I will avoid them in the future.
