Ashley was friendly, conscientious and stayed with it until the color was absolutely correct. The paint quality is great. Much better than the big box stuff. And having people know what they are doing is priceless. My time is valuable and I hate wasting it at other places when they get it right here the first time.

I would not recommend this location. We had a bad experience here a few months back and will never be back, and we just can't forget about it. There is a loud, obnoxious female employee named Ashley who made my wife feel very stupid about choosing colors. When asking where something is, she just pointed and said, "Over there." I mean, we're in our 70s and not professional painters! She also recommended a product that was way off from what we needed. We went in on a Sunday and there was another female employee named Jolene who was amazing and fixed our problem. If you're going to shop here, avoid Ashley at all costs! It is always packed, at least 20 minutes to get to you, and it is in a very bad part of town. I recommend the location on Solano (Javier is wonderful) or the brand new store on Hwy 70. They are excellent, the manager Eric and assistant Lorenzo are top-notch and the store is nice and clean and brand new! Complete night and day experience.

The young woman who works here is amazing. She has helped us to figure out some workarounds for a renovation project given limited time. I almost didn’t return after the guy I encountered previously at this store was pretty rude. As long as this woman is here I’ll definitely keep patronizing this store.

Good service, very good matching of color in a couple of discontinued paint products (probably Valspar, but the previous owners of the house had the paint in secondary containers so who knows. At any rate, the colors were right and the touch-up painting is invisible on the existing paint.
