“These folks were super helpful with me when I brought in my postage prepaid voting ballot, printed out in a somewhat unorthodox manner. They seemed to be taking it very seriously and were quite friendly.”

“I recently visited the USPS office located inside MNSU for the first time to purchase a money order to pay my housing rent. As someone new to this process, I was unsure of the steps involved. However, the experience turned out to be exceptionally smooth and stress-free, thanks to the incredible assistance I received from the staff there. The employee who assisted me was not only knowledgeable but also exceedingly patient and helpful. They guided me through each step of purchasing the money order, ensuring that I understood everything clearly. Their friendly demeanor and professional expertise made what could have been a confusing experience very straightforward and pleasant.I’m grateful for the high level of customer service provided at this USPS office. It’s reassuring to know that such supportive and competent staff are available to help with important tasks like these. I highly recommend this location for anyone needing postal services, especially those who might be new to certain processes.”

“This post office has an automated, self-serve dropbox which I use like 99% of the time. I buy / print my labels at home, scan my package, get my receipt and I'm out the door in a minute. Love it.On a few occasions I've gone to the counter for whatever reason there's never been much of a line and the young staff hustles to keep things moving unlike the office on Commerce which, doesn't have a self-serve dropbox, always has a line full of people and older employees who move like molasses.I'm surprised by all these comments saying the staff is rude, they've been just fine if not outwardly friendly to me whereas the Commerce office really seems to have some indifferent grumps there.”
