We have our good days and our bad it just depend on who is working that day. Most of the time we get a person who is eager to help and is happy to insure we get the best deals. I might have spent a lot of money but it matches the amount of items we bought. Every Blue Moon we get an employee that we feel doesn't want to be there. They roll their eyes at every question asked by my children and they don't even bother to inform me of the deals. When I ask I get an attitude. I like the people who want to be at work and love to interact with the customers. We have questions and we want to know the deals. We appreciate you when you are helpful to us. We buy more things when you make us happy.

I’ve been to a lot of hot topics but this one is the worst, the shelves aren’t very well stocked, and the staff is rude. The customer service is extremely bad and to tie back to the rude staff it took me almost a month to get a refund and they were passive aggressive the whole time. So focused on making a sale they didn’t tell me that an item was in back order, quite the opposite actually they told me that it was completely in stock. Just go to the El Paso one the selection is better, the people are friendlier. Don’t waste your time with this hot topic

Every time I come in, the staff is so friendly and helpful! I hate shopping and have a lot of anxiety around it, but I always leave feeling better due to how they handle customers!

When I visited a year ago, they had very limited inventory, now they have really good inventory and I always look forward to visiting and I always buy at least 1 item per visit

I really love hot topic but the Las Cruces location is always messy and never stocked well. Its hard to navigate through the store and employees are usually less than friendly.
