I went in today i had a problem with a T.V mount. I ran into an employee (Joe) he asked if we were doing ok. & we explained our situation and he was able to take care of our issue 100%. He was super helpful and extremely understanding! Employers need employees like Joe!!! Specially here in las cruces where customer service sucks like home depo and Lowes. thank you for your awesome customer service. Customers need people like you.

My wife and I love coming here. Selection is great, organized and store is very clean. This past weekend when checking out the cashier made sure we used our coupons and got the deals. Keep up the good work!!

Great place to get decent tools. If you are a weekend d.i.y.er,mechanic,or tinkerer, they have a great selection of tools.have good sales and good coupons for the budget conscious.

Nice selection and pricing. Only negative was when I was checking out the manager kept harassing the guy ringing me up. Interrupting and delaying the process...no recognition of me as a paying customer.
