We went to buy a laptop for our daughter, as she is going to back NMSU. We found a laptop, the young man was very helpful, he seemed to know the product and explain the difference, so that we can make sound decision on which on one to buy.

Went in on the 23rd of December because my curbside order wasnt ready. The greeder at the front entrance some tall tan skin dude was arrogant and disrespectful, not welcoming at all and very judgemental.

Best Buy in Las Cruces have the "Best" people working there. No pressure to buy anything. Ask for Paul he's the best. I got a computer with all the bells ? ? and whistles. Kudos ? ? for all the employees. Helpful, courteous and kind.

I really love best buy and the Geek Squad. The last time I went I needed my computer looked at and just did a walk in cause I was fine with leaving it there. However when I was standing in line with Geek Squad I was told since I have an apple product I had to make an appointment as they wouldn't take me as a walk in. So despite the fact that I was already there, they had me make an appointment and come back. Like I understand that's a policy or something but still like im already here.

as with most places in El Paso TX, either the employees are lazy or racist against Asians or White people. Last month, that Muslim cashier entertained us, and she was kind enough to offer that they can buy my external hard drive from another branch, so I can avail of the sale price. Just after a week, another cashier and guy in a black shirt refused us the same service! so, either they are lazy or just racist! bec am Asian and my partner is white.
