Not sure what I did wrong when they failed to put my insurance information through correctly so that it would pay for my prescription. But it was obvious that they blamed me for something. The pharmacy tech that rung up my order was so rude. Unfortunately, this community only has this drugstore besides Walmart. Again, this community deserves better.

It's ok. Coke was on sale. My Mom picks up her medication from here. Sometimes pick up my FedEx packages from here.

They were great til they hired a few new ladies.. now getting your meds is harder and they always give you issues on medications.. they claim insurance but when you call insurance they tell you all they do is pay for your meds.. the Walgreens name is what makes medications expensive as well..I suggest Trust pharmacy in Grant's.. I'll drive the extra mile for actual pharmacists.. all..so count your meds.. they will steal your medications.. don't trust Walgreens

So rude, worst customer service ever! They let some else use the bathroom, actually two people in fact and wouldn't let me after I checked out. I asked very kindly but the lady didn't want to be bothered so she lied to me.

Gallup New Mexico.. The lady that works in pharmacy.. I tried to get her name but she didn't want to give it. She didn't want to give out the bathroom code said no one is to have it. Another customer went by us pushed 12345 and it opened. Went I'm there and the bathroom was horrid!! Imagine the worst! Yes.. That's what was in there.. She didn't care.. She was very rude.. Said it's not get job.. And go ahead and report her!

If the objective of this Walgreens was to be the worst pharmacy in America, they regularly excel at their work. If you want to hear, witness or be a part of HIPPA violations, that's a regular part of their day. If there is a marginally complex reason why something isnt ready on time or they have to order a medicine, their first instinct is to lie to you about the reason rather than take the time to explain what is actually happening. A lot of the techs mean well, a few of the pharmacists do. But for the most part they view filling prescriptions for patients as a painful obligation they will reluctantly do if they have no other option. In particular, where they fail the worst, is anytime a poor looking or sick looking person is there to fill a script. I have witnessed on multiple occasions pharmacists loudly refusing to fill a script (for a valid reason from what I could easily overhear), saying the name of the prescription the person is trying to fill and in general doing everything they can to humiliate a patient for having the audacity to ask them to pick a script early. If a patient is Native or native looking...it gets even worse. Alas there are not really any other options in this town. You can go to Walmart, but you'll likely run into one of the same pharmacists who also doesnt understand what they are doing and has little to offer besides contempt.
