It was a real good experience this time. They had plenty of workers to ck you out, willing to help, friendly & had exactly what I was looking for. The last time I went in about 8 months or so ago, they had one checker & one person to help on the floor. Everyone was annoyed. Thank you to all the guys who were there that day.

Got what I needed. Had to wait for counter cat to price match AutoZone. As usual in Gallup, no one smiles or greets you. Not even a thank you. Got my stuff and left. I rarely go anywhere else for auto parts other than Carquest, but it was a Sunday and I couldn't wait. A "hey how you doing? " and " thanks for coming in bro!!" Goes a long way. 5 stars for just having the part. 1 star for being a typical Gallup retail store.
