Worst Mechanic shop in gallup ' they took a pressure test and gave it back leaking with a busted Radiator!!! The tryna charge 2000$ to fix it fuhk this place

No job is too big for Rudy and his staff. Over the summer we had to purchase a new motor for our camero, and they were able to get it done at a very reasonable price. My husband was contacted before any other repairs were done & parts were being purchased. There were no additional charges or surprises when we picked up the car a month later. For a small town, it's hard to trust anyone, but we definitely recommend this shop. Rudy also took care of the 1st oil change and toped off all our fluids. Overall, we are satisfied with the services and no issues 4 months later ?

If ur in a hurry, make sure u've plenty of time to service ur vehicle here. It says 9-4, but 930-3ish to 4pm? Long lunch's for a tech...business. I do not recommend this business or it's employees

I was on a road trip driving through NM when my check engine light came on. None of the shops in Gallup could see me but when I told Rudy what the code was that pulled up when Auto Zone checked it, he told me I could come by and he’d double check it. Not only did he check it and confirm I could continue driving on my road trip safely, he reattached my headlight that had fallen out at no charge. 10 out of 10! Highly recommended!Service: General repairs & maintenance

Broke down on road trip. They fit us in at last minute. Overnighted the needed parts and got us back on the road the next morning. Price was very fair and reasonable when they could’ve taken advantage. They even gave us a ride to our hotel. An amazing team!Service: Engine repair

I concur with the previous reviews from a customer service standpoint as well as regarding the skills of mechanics at Krackin Automotive. I would say (without reservation) that I would trust Rudy's assessment of any of my vehicles need for service, and (significantly), trust his capacity to determine what is necessary, priority wise, in 'real time'. I was referred to Krackin Industries by two other reputable shops in Gallup when my car was stalled on Highway 40 (approximately ten miles west of Gallup). These shops had a number of customers in line for service; as I was in route to visiting my 92 year old aunt in Phoenix, having talked with Krackin, I brought my business to the shop. From my own assessment, I ascertained that the damage to the engine was going to be significant. The mechanic showed me that it was that and more. There was a hole in the engine bloc. So, the shop helped me to find the best arrangement to salvage the parts for my car. As I was pulling a Teardrop Trailer when the vehicle broke down, Rudy offered to make room for my trailer to be stored in his other building; this enabled me to complete my trip to visit my Aunt in Phoenix so that I could then pick up the Trailer upon returning to Gallop.
