“Super cool place to stay. Not your typical hotel like Holiday Inn or Best Western but worth staying at! Clean rooms, great staff, good food in the restaurant and so many neat things to see inside the building.”

“Nice spot to stop on your road trip to wherever. The beds are not great, but you can still sleep on them. They're a bit stiff. Food and gas station nearby to fuel up yourself and your vehicle.Free breakfast and free wifi are always welcome. And the view right out the front door is fantastic as well.Rooms: The beds are stiff, but you can still sleep on them. Just might need a Tylenol/Advil after. The suite was nice to be able to put 1 baby/toddler in 1 room and the other sleep with you. There's a small fridge that won't freeze anything you have frozen with you. Just be aware.Food & drinks: Free breakfast is always nice!Noteworthy details: Great view of the land outside the front door. Also had a small dog park outside of the hotel as well.”

“A sweet, family-owned and run motel. Clean rooms, attentive service. Near the train, so you get the occasional train whistle during the night, but wasn't bothersome for us. We really like supporting small business when we can, and this was a good choice for us. Will definitely stay again when we come through Gallup.”

“Reviews are spot on. Very clean, large rooms, beds and pillows were perfect for the best night of sleep this trip, breakfast provided and omelets cooked to order. However, would prefer to have food available to serve yourself instead of waiting on 1 person to serve everyone. Not really convenient when you are on the go. Easy check in. Traveling with service dog and zero issues. Actually they have a dog area for them. Staff was very friendly. No elevator but easy to manage the stairs. This beats the LaQuinta next door that I stayed at a couple of days ago hands down, it feels more upscale. Reviews said it was a older hotel but I could not tell at all. So far, this is now my choice hotel to stay when passing through town.”

“Most excellent service and the rooms are up to the Hilton standard. The restaurant may be the best in Gallup.

Rooms: The rooms are what I consider mid standard, which is full amenities regarding adequate charging stations, microwave, fridge, coffee maker. The soaps and shampoos are really nice.”

“Salvador for the win! Very kind gentleman, knew a lot about the area and was more than welcoming when checking in. Any issues or concerns we had he took care of right away.”

“Stayed here during a cross country road trip and the stay was great, but made even better by the staff. Sam, Jutovia, Anna and Rhonda went above and beyond in not only making our stay very comfortable, but when we left an item in the room they wasted no time in getting it sent to us. Easy parking, good beds, great stay. Thanks!”

“Enjoyed our stay, but there seemed to be rat droppings in the cabinets which freaked us out. We were only there for 1 night though, so not sure if that's enough to get a feel for it. Enjoyed the comfort of the bed and the food selections for breakfast. Walls were a little thin, had a neighbor who was partying late and loudly, the front desk helped with addressing the concern quickly though.”

“You get what you pay for. . Rooms were clean and smelled clean, but the cleaning chemical they used was overpowering. Like bleach mixed with pine-sol. . Showers are ridiculously small, and shower head is positioned weirdly. I've never seen that before. Haha. . . The fan in the bathroom was really loud. Area was quiet til around 12 am when all the souped-up cars n trucks can be heard racing on the road. And the damn train blowing its horn. . So if you're not a heavy sleeper, this place is not for you. TV worked but very limited channels, and there's static on the screen. Check in was not until 3pm but the front desk was able to help me check-in an hour early. She was very friendly. AC was good at least in my room. .”

“Nice stay, very nice desk clerk. She made our day after bad experience at the Hilton Garden next door in Gallup NM. She made up by being so kind to us and even calling us to see if we're ok. People like her are angels in disguise. Thank you night clerk. For October 19th 2024 check in. Location- Gallup NM by the mall.”

“All the people that work here are very nice and accommodating. I was upset thinking my disabled room had been given away as an upgrade...that's not the case. There was another disabled person staying for several days....makes everything understandable...but the bathtub is very slippery! Watch out! The air conditioning blew colder than I expected and that was a wonderful surprise. Thank you all.”

“The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, everything worked, the place was quiet at night, and the staff were incredibly helpful and friendly. I was there with 21 Boy Scouts, after camping in places with no facilities for quite a while, and it was Heaven.”

“Stop here all the time
Great service and people
Only bad things I can say is
Potholes in parking lot
But I see them fixing them today

“Contrary to some of the reviews we found this place to be exceptionally clean. The room was very nice. It is older and in need of some TLC but not horrendous. The breakfast was decent and fresh. This Hampton does fall a little bit short of Hilton expectations. Did not have the amenities you are used to..no conditioner or lotion. The staff was nice and very honest. The price was fine in comparison to others in the area. The biggest issue is the crime rate in the area and quite alot of homeless in the parking lots all around.”
