We had a hitch installed on our new GMC Acadia. The service team was phenomenal. We expected it to take a while since there was a wiring harness that had to be installed. They were efficient and got it done within 6 hrs. They even washed our vehicle for us! Ryan, our excellent salesman, got us a loaner to be able to complete tasks that needed to be done during our wait! Rico Auto Complex always goes above ands beyond to meet our needs!

Advised paint is delam8nating in several places 9n my 2014 GMC Siewwa 1500 SLT. Adviser said I would be contacted if there is a recall.

They charged us over $400 for a simple diagnostic, and our truck still had problems with it. The wait time was also ridiculous … 2 weeks. The mechanics acted like they didn’t know what they were doing( they charged us for labor for the mechanics “to learn” how to put the driveshaft back on ) but the cashiers were nice and friendly waiting to take our money :)

Was charged for an oil change when all I did was bring my car in for a diagnostic. As well as driver side window was damaged while in the shop and dealership refused to fix the problem. Although the service manager (Claudio) did what he could to help and was very polite and respectful. On the other hand the technician was very rude and started yelling at me saying the window broke and I was responsible for it. The GM was not professional and doesn’t know how to make sure to take care of his customers for things his technicians break on customers vehicles.

The people were very friendly. They serviced my truck in a timely manner and checked to see if there were any issues as we are going to be taking a long truck pulling a 5th wheel toy hauler and found no issues. Rico's Auto Complex has always treated us great and they have awesome service people. I also had them wash my truck and they did an awesome job also. I highly recommend this dealership for all your needs. Thank-you all.
