“Traveling cross country, about 2k miles into the trip we broke down just outside of Gallup. Got towed to Larry's on recommendation from the driver and what a FANTASTIC place. Everyone was super nice and the turnaround was extremely quick. They do great work and put extra effort in to make sure there were no other issues with our vehicle. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND this place if you need routine maintenance or have an emergency situation like we did. Located right next to historic Hotel el Rancho if you need a place to crash.”

“We had a hitch installed on our new GMC Acadia. The service team was phenomenal. We expected it to take a while since there was a wiring harness that had to be installed. They were efficient and got it done within 6 hrs. They even washed our vehicle for us! Ryan, our excellent salesman, got us a loaner to be able to complete tasks that needed to be done during our wait! Rico Auto Complex always goes above ands beyond to meet our needs!”
“We usually take our vehicle to Albuquerque for service and was unable to. So last resort we decided to try Jiffy Lube and we were so amazed with the service they provided. All while we sat in our vehicle. We got to watch as they fully inspected the vehicle and cleaned our windows!!! Every one was working and they all seemed to be happy!
It showed in the service we received!

“We were driving across country when our alternator went out. No auto parts store in town had the part in stock and being after five, most auto repair shops were closed. With that said we saw on Google that Sam’s automotive was still open. He answered our call and within the hour was driving to Albuquerque (4 hour roundtrip) to get the part. He arrived at our hotel and in record time had it up and running just before 1:00 am Never asked for money up front and didn’t charge extra for the middle of the night repair! Sam is a complete pro and knows his stuff!! We will always refer anyone traveling through New Mexico to him. Thank you again, our dream roadtrip didn’t miss a beat because of you!!”

“This place is outstanding! I had issues with my DEF system on my way back to California, so I was dead in the water there in Gallup. I called around town and finally found this place. The lady at the front counter was very nice and you could tell she was very competent at her job. The manager was able to diagnose my problem and get me back on the road within a few hours. I was a little worried how much the bill was going to be, considering I’m at their mercy. However, I was blown away at how reasonable their prices are. I”m very thankful I found this place!”

“My boyfriends tire was pretty bad so we went to Walmart and found a great tire for an awesome price! We got a tire the day before for $118 at a different place, but at Walmart it was 65$. We saved more here then the other place. However, it took 3 hours to put the tire on. We walked around looking at stuff the whole time and made our own fun.”
