It's a never ending battle for them. Bless their hearts. MAYBE hiring a couple people more would help get the store caught up on freight.”

“Best Menudo around, now I just started shopping here to get my Mexican food and items. The meat shop is on the high side.Rating food here.Tamales 7.2 out of 10. There in no enough meat and hardly no flavor in the masa. For 20 a dozen they should be made a lot better.Menudo 8.2 out of 10. I think this place cooks it with pork. Because I got a lot of something that wasn't trip. They have the right amount of corn too. Needs more red chili added to it.The bread they sell here is good but it way to soft that it breaks apart to easy. The empanadas need to have a crunch and soft. I think they don't add enough water to ther dough. Plus why do they not use egg white on top. The pumpkin taste nasty, they don't even have sugar or cinnamon to it.I got a pound of meat for $15 4 little ribs cuts. Wow to expensive.”
“Do you need 25 gallons of canola oil? How about a 50 lb sack of couscous? Then Shamrock is the place to go! They're geared more toward supplying commercial kitchens, but buying in bulk is handy if you're meal-prepping or gearing up for a party. Great selection of dry goods and kitchen/serving supplies. Meats and produce didn't wow me, but I think the point there is quantity and consistency.”

“I find that Dollar General stores are usually easier to get in and out of quickly, prices mostly comparable to Walmart and fairly good variety of products. Easy shopping for household cleaning items, hygiene products, some groceries and seasonal gift items or things such as swimming/camping supplies. I def recommend using the DG app for coupons, by punching in the phone number at check out, these coupons are applied.”

“Very nice store, need one of these South of town in the Huerfano area. There is nothing between Hilltop and 44 Store. Guaranteed a Huerfano location would be very convenient for the locals and a money maker for sure. Since the closing many years ago of the Huerfano, Blanco and Nageezi Trading Posts on Hwy. 550, there's no longer any close options for these folks.Two other great locations would be in Blanco and at Navajo Dam in the area of the Sportsmans. With all the outdoor recreation folks passing through, they would also do a tremendous business.”

And she looked at me like I stupid and said ok that will be a $1.07 and I was like but the pump said it would be free. I didn't have the patience to argue over a dollar so I payed her and it probably wasn't her fault so please Manager if you read this communicate with your employees when you have a special purchase option it will make every one's lives easier thanthank and God Bless”
“I have been to this W 10 times in the last month. It is better stocked and cleaner than most W across the country. The staff were friendly when I was friendly. I'm 62 and they wouldn't let me buy alcohol without ID and pointed to the posted sign. I have always thought this is moronic but it is policy and I got over it, bought my beer at the next store. I have encountered people from NY to Hawaii and what appears as "rude" or lacking courtesy is sometimes a misperception. I doubt have expectations when I meet someone or hold someone under my thumb because they are and employee and should...yada yada. Everyone is human. Start with respect & kindness and doors will open for you. I just moved here and 1 month in, I love it.”
