Dirty. Garbage and dog poop everywhere. Noisy, Constant vehicles in and out, tenants selling drugs, dogs barking constantly day and night. Utility hook ups are broken, water is out most the time, electric boxes shorted out causing fuses to blow and electrical shock if touching camper and ground at the same time. Good luck getting management for anything, they steal your deposit and will not answer calls. Robbed. Nasty Place

A very nice little RV park. Have my RV here and love the location. Nice little park that looks good and is very quite! Check it out if you need a place for your RV!

Cheap place but dog barking all day long and poop all over the place, which brings in the flies. Long timers don't care how their place looks. Stayed here a couple of weeks, couldn't stand dog barking well into midnight from neighborhood near by. Free clothes washing with one of two washers working. Management not on site, host great people but lost.
