First my dad just needed to see if he could get there tv package and we tried 4 times to get to a customer service agent never could.. second he is legally blind so I took him to store the service was terrible. He could not get any basic questions answered and they just kept trying to sign him up with out telling him what channels he has a smart tv and uses voice activation they would not even say if they could hook it up same as other carrier.. they main concern was he sign up.. once dad said he wanted answers first they just left him standing there worst place I ever seen.. I highly recommend anyone but this place.. I listed one star because there is nothing lower..

Me and my sons mother went to get the WiFi switched over in only my name and we were told that everything was set. I went to talk to them to end my internet plan and it turns out I couldn’t because it was still in her name. Making a total of two wasted trips and who knows how much of our time!

AUDRA, the assistant manager is incredibly rude, uncaring and abrasive.PS: If you are considering getting cell service with Xfinity, bang your head against the wall repeatedly until that thought is concussed away. Trust me, it's the wiser choice.

Slowest cell phone service I have ever had. Half the time your internet won't even open. Calls dropped all the time. Going back to AT&T

Do not sign up for Xfinity mobile!! They will mess you over if you move out of network!! I moved to an area that does not offer Comcast they are charging me $25 per line that's an extra $100 a month!! DONT WAST YOUR TIME!!

The internet service is awful and I am questioning the technician training and quality of the equipment. It was down 8 times last month and atleast 5 times this month. The 8 times was given to me by Xfinity customer service when I called to complain because the latest outage booted my wife from a timed test she was taking for an online college course. I pay on time monthly for service that is out a lot. I asked for a refund for services not provided but have not gotten it. My wife works remote from home so money lost. She is a full time student, remote so not able to do school when down. Please do better!

Hate that you can only pay with cash at the kioski and you can't pay the exact amount. Also with the amount of crime in and near the mall, it is really not a safe place to go in and pay. Wish you guys would go to a stand alone store!

Isabella was absolutely amazing a 12 out of 10 she went above and beyond it was so much appreciated ?......I would recommend them to anyone with any types of needs you will definitely be treated right. Felt like I was dealing with my friend or family I couldn't give enough stars for my experience....if you need help talk to Isabella she will treat you good as gold
