Had Home internet for 6 months. Then service speed test dropped to 1 mbps! When I contacted T-mobile they said it wasn't available in my area even though It was. But I guess because of some nimrod at the store didn't assign me a local number I've lost my seat at the tower. What a waste of time, their techs keep saying oh yeah give 10 days, then give it 2 weeks. In the meantime charging me $50 a month for dial up speed for the last 2 months. So now I have to use a seperate carrier because these fools don't know what they are doing. Stay away from their home internet, xfinity seems the way to go, costs the same. F T-mobile and their dumb staff.

Worst place ever. Especially the manager. He is straight up rude and unprofessional. Does not care about his customers or helping out. I do not see how he became of that position when he does not know how to deal with people. All he repeats is to talk to district and not his job to deal with any situation. They need to find someone new and knowledgeable.

-Zero stars-My visit was uninformative and the representative that was supposed to help was discourteous. I tried to ask questions about comparing phones since I was trying to shop for a new brand I never used, but was not given helpful feedback.It would be nice if this location had customer service training for their staff and representatives who know their products and the features associated. Very disappointing visit.

One 1 person working. Had to wait almost 10 min for them to greet me after I walked in as they were talking to another customer. Could have at least said hello. Ask about the 55 and over plan. First comment was \"are you 55 or older? I told him no... then he said I couldn't get that plan because I was under 55. I was asking to see about a plan for my parents. I just turned around and left.

The two men in there were very unhelpful and acted like they could careless that my phone wouldn't charge. "Well if you have already tried that then there is nothing we can do" if that doesn't sound uncaring and rude then I don't know what does. I've been with sprint(now t-mobile) for three years now and this was the worst experience I've had ever with thus company. They should hire new people to take their place. Utterly repelling.

I had a very positive experience at this location with Jaime and Rene. I walked in to find out information about switching from Verizon to T-mobile. I ended up switching to T-mobile, getting an awesome flip phone and saving some money. Both of these young men were polite, knowledgeable and helped me with transferring my service. I couldn't be more pleased with their help with all of my questions. Great job!

Don't waste your time with them. They can't do anything since they're only a 3rd party store. They only sell the phones. They can't upgrade, activate, deactivate or transfer. Don't waste your time driving. Call T-Mobile customer service if you need something done.

Rude girl at the desk, 55+ plan a joke, fees and taxes almost double the cost of the rate they quote you. No deal there, plus no family plan.
