Dillion was very easy to work with. I saw the sale and Farmington was the closest one to me. We had to play phone tag over the holidays. But when I finally got to the store, He was extremely helpful.Can not wait to get the new smart bed!

We met Dillon Smith , reviewed all the model beds . While Dillon ran some proposals numbers, my wife and I went to Chic fil a, next door , had lunch and talked . We returned made our choice . No pressure , very pleasant experience!!

Have not got bed yet, but as for my in-store experience, it was really good. Amy was really nice. She was patient and really easy to talk too. She explained things well to my grandma and mom who aren’t technologically savvy. I would definitely recommend Amy to anyone looking for a new bed.

We’ve had our sleep number for over a year now. We bought the I10 with the adjustable base. We never used the base and the bed is now being sold. It sleeps hot it’s uncomfortable and I wake up with neck shoulder and rib pain. Not to mention waking up every hour or less because of being so uncomfortable and hurting. I wanted to take it back during the sleep trial but husband convinced me not to. Way too expensive for the cost and I’m pretty disappointed in how hot and uncomfortable it has been.

So uncomfortable, at first, I loved my bed! No not so much. I've called and done step by step all the things I was told to do and my bed still isn't fixed. For what I spent, I would have thought it would have lasted longer. We have a king size bed and both have to sleep on the opposite ends, if not, weboth roll to the middle. It wont inflate in the center of the bed. And no, our size is not an issue.

Visited the Sleep Number Store in Farmington twice. We had excellent customer service from Amy both times. No issues there at all. Store is a little small and could use more display models. We were looking for a King mattress, but they mostly had queens on display. It made it a little hard to get a feel for what the king would be like. Otherwise, the staff was very informative, attentive, and helpful. We did end up purchasing a mattress. I do think the prices are a little high. Hopefully it will be worth it.
