I went into Sephora's on Sunday and needless to say I was not impressed whatsoever. The lady that helped me said she was the manager her customer service skills I would give a zero she was rude and not helpful whatsoever and asked me not to touch anything. Save your time and go to Ulta which is walking distance from JCPenney's.

I was not happy with my experience this time around. I live in Colorado, Sephora Farmington is the closest. This store has always been my favorite because of the staff. However, this time around Kelsey was not helpful. Showed her what I wanted a Contour stick ( showed her a pic) to match what I was looking for. She tried to match the color I've been using with foundation/concealer. Think her experience with color matching needs to be reviewed. This is the first time ever in over two years, I felt so uncomfortable. Kelsey tried to sell me a color completely off my facial color. I did say "umm I don't feel your confidence in this match" she mentioned well is up to you. I was thinking you should be the expert. I'm a frequent customer if VIB means anything. Kelsey needs a bit more customer service!. Cashier was super helpful and made sure I got the best deal with Sephora Beauty and my VIB status discount. Thank You

So sad there is no samples given. The place looks almost empty. Very sad about the samples. Also there beauty insider was down so I couldn't see my points and couldn't add the new one from what I purchased. The ladies are so sweet and so nice, they are willing to help.

Very helpful staff. They aren't able to do the color match due to COVID however, the two girls were able to eye it. I got the Fenty Beauty Matte foundation and they even recommended a good primer for it. Happy with both products and customer service. ?

Im not really a make up guy, like at all. I know what lipstick an eye liner are, do people still use blush? I don't know!What I do know is good bordering on great service. We had gone into the other make up store in the mall and couldn't find anything and no help was to be found, what employees were there didn't seem interested in helping anyone. We'd had good luck at Sephora before and decided to go there instead. Night and day difference in staff.We were greeted by a clerk that I didn't recognize from our previous visits. My wife told her what kind of lipstick she was after because she had some colors of it already and really liked the product. So to make sure she didn't get any repeats the clerk looked up her info based on her phone number and pulled up what colors and brands she's bought in the past. They were able to get similar colors and matching lip liner.Checkout is always a nice experience there, she gets 10% off for being a healthcare worker. Another clerk that had helped us on a previous visit was happy to see our baby was awake this time because he's usually asleep when we go in. It's nice to find a place that gives you great help and remembers you from visit to visit.I'd definitely recommend Sephora rather than the other make up store at the mall if you're in Farmington and need to color some or all of your face.

If you need beauty advice, ask for Dee. She is absolutely helpful. Very pleasant and patient. I love the color match and mini makeover she did. The other ladies are very nice also. Keep up the good work ladies.

I came in looking for a new foundation, and Dee was VERY helpful. Recommending not only different foundations but moisturizers, lipsticks, and tons of more product. If you need any help, whatsoever, I highly recommended you come in and ask for her. :)

Won’t be going there again , I will be in contact with the company not just the manager in store , Tried to ask for help from an associate (Sierra) (wasn’t busy in store) made it totally uncomfortable and unprofessional.

Never had a good experience here but had to come and get a much needed item for my daughter. Considering it is a makeup specialty store, the girls makeup ability on themselves is very poor. This leaves me to believe they can not help me with any help I may need. Not good. Also, when they don't carry a product, instead of suggesting to go online to order it, they just say that they are not a big enough store to carry the full line; and then totally bash another stand alone store. They need better training and/or people who give a dam about great customer service and just not a pay check. So pride in yourself.

Every time I go to Sephora the main lady that works there with the mohawk is VERY RUDE she is not helpful at all. She really needs to work on her customer service skills.
