The manger wasn’t polite nor nice to her employees. I saw an employee doing their job but heard her talking to the same person saying “you need to do better”. The store is also about pop culture but they are not very up to date they have stuff from very old trends they are not very up to date with the stuff they have to offer

Went heavy on Funko buys from here but not anymore. First person in line today was told there were no chase edition Funko. The THE MANAGER Nadean procedes to the back to collect the chase the 2nd person and 3rd person in line asked for. Not cool man, this costumer service comes across as awkward and selective due to either race or they might have been related in a sense. The first customer was ready to roll and should have been considered first come first served. I personally will be buying in other places until these managerial issues are addressed.

It's Hot Topic, so expect a typical Hot Topic. Service was great, employees were super friendly and glad to help. Lots of great, cute, trendy merchandise.Just keep in mind that they're pretty overpriced especially in the clothing department. As much as the Miku merch is tempting, I'm not paying $25 for a T-shirt.

I would rate 0 if I could. The one with the name tag of "Nadaen" is awful, she's so rude to everyone, including the employees. There's barely any management in the store and the other employees seem overworked and exhausted. Just order your merchandise online, coming inside isn't worth it.

They have the friendliest employees at this location. I shop here a lot because they're one of the few places in town that has anime merchandise. There's always something new when I come in. The store also tends to have some sort of sale going on which is really nice too.

Super friendly employees, cautious and caring of shopper's health and safety, plus the clothing and aesthetic are awesome with affordable prices!! Favorite place to shop, felt welcomed and accepted. Will definitely recommend to shop there for any newcomers! ??
